Our two year old son locked our keys in our car while we were visiting a family cemetery. My wife call the locksmith because it was raining. The owner of the house gave us a coat hanger to see if we get it unlocked. Just before the locksmith pulled up we got the car unlocked. He was rude and still charged us $75.00 to do nothing. And what made it worse is he handed me his card and said here is my card even tho I still got paid to do nothing. Shame on you.

Some people stop by my house to visit the graves of family meembers. Their toddler locked the door with their keys in the car. They tried and tried to get into the car, but couldn't and it had started to rain on their 2 year old. So they called the Company. The husband was able to get the door open right before the lock smith got here, He was very rude and said it was going to cost them $75 dollars anyway. He came less then 3 miles to my house, and he couldn't cut them a break when he didn't have to do anything. I will make sure all my friends know what kind of service this place give. I will make sure noone I know uses them.
