I had a key stuck in my deadbolt lock. I carried the lock into the shop. They got the key out, lubricated it and made new keys. All in just a few minutes and at a very reasonable price.

This place prices are super! .. The technicians are out of office on service calls so the shop is not always manned during business hours. Recommend calling to make sure someone will be in the office before showing up. I got my 2011 Honda Civic key blanks cut in the past and noone in the United States can beat their price. I have used this place for over 14 years.

One star for eventually being able to catch you and being a nice guy. But, if you don't know how to do something, say so. I am out $420 and hours of frustration because I was lead to believe that you knew what you were doing. I am left with an ignition key that fits like it should( made by another locksmith), and 2 other keys....one that works ignition and one that works door lock. What a mess! And it appears that the only fix is to start over again. Would have been better off going to a dealership....Not recommended for auto keying!

We showed up an hr before closing and there were two other customers waiting for service. They said they tried to call but no-one answered. They were not there during stated open hours and did not answer repeated phone calls.

I needed a couple of keys made for my storm door and it only took the gentleman that helped me about 10 minutes. Customer service was friendly and inexpensive. Great place and highly recommended. The keys fit perfectly and there were lots of unique key choices.

My husband and I have one car that is usable to transport our daughter currently. We've only had one key for our truck between the two of us. Switching vehicles was always a pain and keys were lost. Compared to previous business we've used to replace keys, they are the best. Very accommodating, nice, great on time, work very fast, price was perfect, and was given two keys. I would recommend them and will use their business again in the future.

Lost keys to a Lexus & contacted these guys. They were able to order a new key fob & come out to program when the key arrived. I dealt with both Donald & Robert, both very professional, super easy to deal with & knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for great reliable service and at more than a fair price ( a lot less expensive than the dealership). Thanks again guys!!!

I went to Lowes and Wal-Mart to have a key made but both failed. I found Lights Lock and Key and went there for the first time. It was tricky to find since it's a tiny business. The owner i believe who has been doing this for over 30 years took my key and within legit less than 10 secs it was done. I felt like i just gave him the key and in a blink i got it back. He asked me how many keys i needed and told him 3, but he said 'how about you just make one and if it works you can come back', so i agreed with his decision. I tried the key out and like butter it worked nice and smooth. I highly recommend this place. I was extremely impressed!!! I'm not the type to write reviews but this business certainly deserves one. If i could give a 10 star then i would! Thank you for making this key a working key finally! I wish i knew about you before. I'll definitely go here next time i need a key for sure!

Donald Light is the man! I had two car key fobs that needed immobilizer chips. This particular make / model is notoriously hard to program. Other locksmiths and auto repair shops gave up. I happened to remember Lights from a few years ago. I emailed Donald and set an appointment to come by his shop. The traditional programming method didn't work due to the complexity of the security system, but Donald did not give up trying to solve this problem. He found a solution for me and it works great!

Excellent Experience! My wife referred me to Light's, after having them help her with a couple key situations. I needed an automobile key made (cut and programmed), with an aftermarket key fob, after the dealership told me it couldn't possibly be done. After about 5 minutes of work, with a great attitude, Light's got me on the road with a fully functional backup key. Thanks Light's! And thanks to the dealership for reminding me why I try to avoid you for all of my service needs!

I had a lock cylinder from a 1930's mortise-style lockset that the big-box stores could not re-key or make a key for. I dropped it off at Light's on Monday Morning and picked it up 24 hours later with 5 brand new shiny keys. All this for $26. Thanks Lights, for the prompt, courteous, fairly-priced service!

I don't understand how they can stay in business. I stopped by their shop 3 times and doors are always locked. I talked to one guy in parking lot who came by 6 times and doors locked. I called them directly and get a bad phone connection. Anyway looks like I will use somone else. I personally saw 4 customers drive away upset because shop is always closed. At least put a sign in your door when you will be open again!

I just called to get a key made and the guy that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with him. I told him I needed to speak with my husband about the price that he offered and he told me the price would be more if I called back. And if I can't afford keys I shouldn't have a car. He also said if I wanted cheap keys maybe I should try the flea market smh
