Nice people, friendly service, reasonable rates. We needed an old jewelry box opened. We had lost the key, but didn't want to just break it open, because the box itself was a family heirloom. The MK team made two new keys in about 10 minutes, without damaging anything.

I was on hold for 5 minutes. In between the 5 mins a lady yelled out youre gonna have to stay on hold! It must have been a busy day but you could have let me know youre unable to help me before putting me on hold for a long time. Your customer service is poor and you just lost a customer.

If I could give it less than a 1, I would. When I called, I described my problem with the electronic lock in detail to the person who answered the phone. She promised to send someone 'familiar' with these type of locks. The guy arrives almost an hour late because he had to go back to the shop to get skeleton keys. He starts complaining (about the rain) the minute he steps out of the truck. Told me he couldn't fix my lock - that I should just read the book and fix it myself! He glanced through the book and handed it back to me instructing me to read the book. Then, he announced he was leaving after insulting my disabled son. When I asked if he was going to make skeleton keys for the bedrooms, he told me 'I'll come back when it's not raining. I told him the bedrooms are inside - he left anyway. When I called the company, they offered to send someone else out the next day! Talk about a lack of professionalism!

Everyone there was EXTREMELY helpful. I bought a car from Hall Honda years ago and they refused to provide an extra key after I signed the contract, citing that I should have asked for it before they sold the car to me. Their price for another key is $160.00. When the case to my key fob fell apart, Robert, the employee with Maury, advised me to only purchase another case, not another key. He saved me time and money by doing the right thing. AWESOME service!!!

I locked my keys in the trunk of my '67 Camaro. The first 'locksmith' I called wanted to drill the lock and told me he was '50% sure' he could get the trunk open without damaging the car. I politely told him 'no thank you' and called Maury Kroll. They sent a locksmith out to me, and he was able to get into my trunk without drilling anything or damaging anything and he made me an extra key for free right from his van. These guys are professionals and know what they're doing. They have the right tools and the right training. I was very satisfied.
