Lady Locksmith came through in the clutch for my wife and I. Stephanie came over after hours to assist us. She didn't have everything she needed that everything but assured us her son would be there at 10am the next morning. Talking about being on time he was early which worked out perfect for us. He was very professional and respectful. The job was completed in timely manner even when the car didn't want to cooperate he wouldn't take no for an answer. I highly recommend Lady Locksmith to anyone you won't be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the service and experience I had with Stephanie today! I contacted her through FB and then gave her a call and she was able to get my a key and two key fobs for my 2000 Honda Civic and a key and key fob for my 2015 Chevy Traverse. I feel the cost was very fair and it was a very quick and seamless process and the waiting area is very accommodating for customers, with snacks and drinks! She is the real deal and I wouldnt hesitate to contact her again for locksmith needs! Thanks!

I needed a key fob programmed for my wife's car on a Sunday. Lady Locksmith came out although they were closed on Sunday and programmed the key fob. The service was excellent from the time I called them until the service was completed. Than you so much for your help.

I had a wonderful experience with Lady Locksmith. I had an appointment with them for this morning to cut a key that I ordered online for my van. Key description said if the key fits in the ignition and makes the sound then it will be ok to cut and programmed. That happened but didn't work when cut and programmed. She gave me a different key that worked and also an extra entry key that I will never be locked out of my van ever. Lady Lock God bless you and may you ever prosper in all you do.

First I went to Lady Locksmiths to get my truck key fob programed. she did it in 10 minutes I was a satisfied customer I paid An I left, the second time I took my Corvette there to get a key fob made I gave her 200 the week before for the key fob an to program it. when I got there her brother was pulling up YouTube videos on how to do it because he obviously didnt know how an was in my car too . Didnt seem professional to me. I waited four hours and they couldnt get it to work they tried to get me to leave with the key fob that doesnt work and I was like no Iam not. I came back to get my key that I had left and they were still trying to get me to leave with the key fob that did not work. Never offered to give money back so I asked her for my money back. they did not want to give it to me u could tell.they read my message askin for it back on fb then responded hour or so later.but were not offering my money back like a buisness would u would think if they cant provide a service . The night before no response. I really was not gonna leave this review if they would have done what was right an said were sorry for wasting your time heres your money back but that didnt happen. so I had to make a claim through Wells Fargo and they got the money back for me. I will never use this place again. I Thought it was pretty common they thought they were just gonna give me a key fob that didnt work and I was actually gonna pay for one that didnt work.lol Also while I was sitting there yesterday a Asian couple pulled up to get their Camry or Corolla key fob done. the brother went and key fobbed theirs and left me hanging while Ive been there 3 hours at this point. and he couldnt get the guys trunk lid to open up with the key fob. So the guy had gotten tired of waiting and said OK Ill just settle with using the key fob without the trunk option.dont know bout u but Iam not payin for somthin that works 75 percent bc they cant figure out how to doit right. thats how this company operates so just giving you the heads up with this review I must be one of the first people that theyve done this to I guess because Theyve got 14 other reviews from other people praising them.my first Experience was good second sucked. if you have the money go to a dealership or a known professional. This place is far from both. its actually the same amount that she was going to charge me at theirs. I thought I was savin some money an time this way but I was not. I thought Stephanie was a nice lady but how she tried to do me on this was pretty common I thought. Good try tho. Thank god I didnt pay In cash. Keep that in mind when doin buisness with them. If I would have paid cash no doubt they would have tried keepin it imo.
