Called to make an appointment to get all the locks on my new home changed and have them all keyed the same. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day! Tameka was our locksmith and she was fantastic! She arrived early, was very professional, and took her time to make sure everything was done correctly. I will definitely call Tweeds again for my locksmith needs!

I Love this Business. Ive been going to them for years. However, I have a few concerns with them right now. There are 3 people that I see working behind the counter & interacting with the customers & they are not wearing masks. None of the customers are wearing masks. Its not being enforced here. Theres not even any signage acknowledging Covid-19 or asking people to comply with the Governors Orders to wear masks or to keep social distancing. I had to walk out. Im the only one wearing a mask & no one even acknowledged that I stood there waiting for 7 minutes. On to the next locksmith!

They are liars and they are thieves. The white woman tried tocall the police on my brother when asked for a refund for their mistake. Obviously she has no regard for black lives. do not go to this establishment if you need anything done regarding a locksmith please pick another business they are liars thieves and crooks.

I have had 3 separate interactions with tweeds between 2015 and 2020. The first was through work where they needed to drill a safe. They left with the Sargent and Greenleaf lock and door of the safe to see if they could patch the door. I never heard from them again after they said the lock door couldnt be repaired and they never returned the lock. I know S&G locks are pretty expensive and that was not behavior I would consider ok.The second time I stopped by twice on different days of the week to try and get some automotive keys copied. Both times the people able to operate the rekey machine were not present. I was unable to complete this service. Third time I used them to rekey 6 locks and recode an electronic padlock. This cost just over $400. They did rekey all of them successfully but I ended up with 3 separate keys. I thought the price was excessive for the level of service. I thought that all keys would have been the same or the technician would have asked if I wanted them to be. Overall the price was high, and service marginal. I would look elsewhere.

Went in right before closing and needed a key cut. They had me taken care of in no time. Of course, I did not need them to program my key-fob so that made it a lot simpler less time consuming. Even they were pleased.

Had to come here a few times to get random 'rare' keys made. They are always fast and not a bad price at all! So far every key I have had made for our real estate business has came out perfect and haven't had to return any even the very hard keys that had to be made by hand!

The staff seemed okay, but can't multitask. Need a key cut for a 2017 yamaha r3 spent 20 plus mins their to be told that i can buy my blank keys off line then come back to have them cut. Kinda a waste of time.. The lady asked twice what the motorcyle i had. Was rude when i told her again what kind of motorcycle i had after 15 mins of waiting around. She goes i heard you the first time. Well obviously not because she asked again. I tjink the staff need some manners and a note pad. Wont go back to this store. Because of the rude lady.
