I wish I could give 0 stars. I called to get an estimate and the lady said $50. Mind I have a 02 Honda Accord so its not like its some fancy lock. I asked the lady over the phone if they accepted debit cards and she said yes. So when they got to my car, they did 20 seconds worth of work and demanded $200 and told me debit cards arent accepted only credit cards and cash. When I asked why debit cards werent accepted when I was told over the phone that they were, he wouldnt answer me. So he harrassed and followed me to an ATM. Called me 15 times while following me. Never again will I use this company. Im currently waiting for reimbursement because of the scam I was put through.

I called to have my condo door unlocked and the lady on the phone told me they hadha locksmithlin my area and it would be $20 for them to show up and $30 for them to unlock it. When the gentlemen arrived they told me it would be $215 because of the type of lock. It took them 5 minutes to unlock the door. Seems like something fishy is going on. I would have called a different company but needed to get back into my place asap.Update: I called them after the service was completed to get more information on the difference in pricing. I was told it might have been an independent contractor and they make their own prices. After I explained to her that the dispatcher told me they had an employee (not contractor) that would be out she told me that she would make a note In my paperwork and hung up on me.

Needed someone to come rescue me after getting locked out of my house. Lady on the phone said someone could come and something sbout $19 for service call and $30 to look at it. That seemed really low and I figured itd be more when the guy came. He asks for $325 to drill through my deadbolt. I talked him down some. It took about 60 seconds of work. Grateful I got back in my house but I feel like I got fleeced and I wont call these guys if this ever happens again
