I called in 10 days prior doing price checks on key cutting services. I said, 'I have a blank car key that I need cut to match my current car key', They said, 'That will be $10'. Great. So I go in there today and all of a sudden, 'Oh we don't cut customer supplied keys. You have to buy one of our special keys which is $75.' What a racket, with deceptive customer service practices as well. Only go the Richmond Security if you like being lied to and then ripped off.

Great local business. They cut my special key in a few minutes. What home Depot and Lowe's couldn't do in 30 minutes. I walked in and out in less than 5 minutes. Please support local businesses like this so we don't have to deal with idiots at the box stores

Richmond Security made me several keys in less than 5 minutes. Much faster than the big box store to even find someone to assist you. Not to mention each copy was less expensive than the big box store's costs. Jesse assured me if the keys didn't fit he would make it right. He was correct the keys fit better than the copy he made it from.

Professional, efficient, and helpful. My car key broke in half and I had no clue what to do next. I took it to Richmond Security because it was recommended to me. I walked in and within 5min had a new key to my car after being told by another company that the key was impossible to replace. Very happy and would use again in a pinch such as this.

Your electronic security specialist, Ray Jackson, brilliantly accomplished what 3 other security and IT specialists couldnt he fixed our problem and made it look easy. I wasted so much time talking to our electronic door access software company and working with the other IT guys. I am still scratching my head wondering what Ray knew that the other 3 guys didnt. Ray was wonderful to work with and we are so happy! I will definitely recommend Richmond Security, Inc.

I had Richmond Security install some Medeco deadbolts on a home I closed on in November 2016, and they did a fantastic job installing these deadbolts. I also used them to get a padlock keyed the same as the Medeco keys, as well as another one keyed like the levers on my door. I also used them to get a replacement lock for a storm door. The staff in store and the person who came out to my home to install the locks were both fantastic. I would definitely recommend Richmond Security if you would like to have some high security locks installed in your home.
