Very good lock shop. They handle simple household sets to complex patented systems. I've had fast service, sometimes the same day. The owners and employees are some of the nicest people you could meet. They run a great shop and put the customer first.

Needed a last minute update to all my exterior doors. Called and had a next day appointment first thing in the morning. David showed up and I could not be happier with his business etiquette and ability to answer all my questions. David did an amazing job adding smart locks and door locks on three doors. The work he did was very professional and he left the place looking better than it did when he arrived.

Cannot say enough good about experience with Security Lock and Key!! Filled out their contact form late one night, got a call first thing next morning. Had a technician here by late morning, 2 problem cylinders put back in good working order, and entire commercial building assessment done to come up with a plan to rekey the facility in the future. David was excellent to work with, as was Andi by phone. I have full confidence in having Security Lock and Key handle our locks systems going forward! Wish I'd contacted them long ago, rather than losing time dealing with an unresponsive competitor.

Had called Big Lick Locksmith prior because they were the only place listed as 24 hours. Terrible service from them. So called Security Lock and Key, I wish I had called them first.

This is a great place to get a key made that may be a nonstandard key. They also change locks for your home. I get all my keys done here now. Great place with attentive employees. They also have security systems and other items.
