I had an emergency and I needed my car towed home immediately. The first company I called was JRs towing. A nice Gentlemen named Joel promptly answered the phone and was very polite and seemed very concerned as was I. He met us at our location to pick up my vehicle that needed towed, he did a great job loading the vehicle, followed us home and dropped the vehicle. I couldnt have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. He was extremely polite and he gave me a great towing rate, for the first time didnt feel like I was getting scammed or ripped off, like most companies that try to get as much money out of u that they can. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their vehicle towed, and if you can, get Joel hes the man!!!! Thank you Joel for your amazing service!

I got locked out my frieghtliner ,called jr towing they picked up immediately Told me it will take 15 mins to get to me they literally showed up in 10 ... the driver Joel was super nice. Halfway a 4 hr drive home I stopped at the Virginia welcome center and my car wouldn't start anymore. Called closed towing place that was open and 30 min later JR towing showed up. They called a mechanic for me, towed my car there, and had my starter replaced. All within three hours! Great service, great price (especially for after hours work) and very friendly people!

Once again JR Towing done an excellent job for me. At the last minute he pulled through for me, gave me a great price, and made a hour 45 minute trip to Culpeper. He was also on time and was very careful with not damaging anything on the truck. These guys are great people to work with.

My niece experienced a mechanical breakdown on a Sunday evening north of Martinsburg. She called me in a emotional state. I assessed the situation told her I would get a tow truck. I called Jr's because they are located near me. Joel answer the phone and was very attentive to my details. He called me back several minutes later to inform he was on his way. Upon reaching her he called me again to keep me updated. He returned to Winchester with my niece and the vehicle he dropped her off at her house then took the vehicle to where I had requested it to be dropped off. He call and his rate was very reasonable considering everything he did especially getting my niece home safely. I would highly recommend him in the future. Happy Uncle

Great place to call for a tow. Very quick response time, and came when no one else would. My mom has used them twice before, and I used them today. Luckily I have roadside assistance and incured no fees, but my mom says the prices are the best around. Will recommend this company to anybody needing a tow.

I locked my keys in my car. Called maybe 15 24 hour locksmiths (it was 4am). Either no one answered, wouldnt come out, or had a waiting time of several hours. I happened to come across JR Towing when looking. When I called him, he answered immediately, arrived within 20 mins, got my car opened in 5. Very awesome service, very awesome guy. Fast, excellent service with good rates. Driver was very friendly and had good spirits which is great when your in a stressful situation. He was super fast getting to me roughly 15 minutes. Ive recently had to have 2 emergency tows out of Winchester up to WV, JRs beat the other companies rates by $50 (who was also cheaper than others). I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
