Great customer service! Needed a replacement key for my daughter's Honda. Eric placed my order and the key was ready in just a few days. He even called to say he would be out for a few days to give me the option to wait for him or come in for someone else to program it. I'm so glad I waited for Eric to come back. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We even went past 5:00 and he was so gracious to finish without complaining or rushing. 5+ stars for sure!

Great place, quick and easy. The only place in Woodbridge that I know of that will make a copy with a blank key that you give them, other establishments will simply refuse to do it.

Came to my house early Monday morning after my key got stuck in my door. Was at my house within 45 minutes and took 10 minutes to fix. He made extra sure to prevent it from happening again and checked the key/lock about 15 times to ensure it wouldn't get stuck again.

I attempted to buy a safe in December through Baldinos. The order wasn't placed with Liberty Safes until February/March for production. Even with steady calls to the business it wasn't until I had to call the factory directly that I found out what the story was. I made calls to check in on the order beginning in January, every couple weeks to get an update. The safe wasn't produced until the end of April. This past week I got the call to schedule delivery (now 5 months into the transaction). Unfortunately, Liberty sent the wrong safe to them Baldinos still asked if I wanted to accept the delivery. I declined. I called and expressed my frustration that 5 months after paying for a safe I still had nothing to show for it. They only offered to give me a free light bar for the safe (which is what, $50?). I asked for free delivery, but they did not move on that suggestion. Throughout speaking with the various employees, my impression was they weren't terribly concerned that I was having so many issues. In the past few days they called to say Liberty could reproduce the safe and get one out to me in June as if they were doing me the favor, but that conversation had already been had by me directly with the factory sales rep. The only positive I can say that came out of it was when I told them I wanted a refund to take my business elsewhere, they agreed rather quickly and stated they would process the request. (Which Im still waiting for )No one was ever rude while speaking to me, but not once did I feel like they were trying to do right by the customer.

My first impression of Baldinos from their initial visit to my home was not satisfactory. Delivery crews need improvement. That is all I will say about that. But Michelle from Baldinos quickly worked to rectify the situation and went out of her way to resolve the order issues I was having and make things right once and for all. I would recommend them for safe delivery and installation to those looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated locksmithing service.

I was there for a key for a Honda pilot, this key it needs to be cut out only since I have the blade already. I did call ahead of time to make sure they do this key and they gave me a price over the phone. Once I got there the gentleman on the counter was I little impolite and given a different price that was quote over the phone I ask why is that and the response was that I didn't hear a word that he said over the phone and they the price is more because he is good at it and the key take so much to do it. Also he grabbed a regular key from the display and threw it over the counter I told him that he has really a bad customer service and he got upset and refuse to service... I don't know what part of customer service this gentleman know but really I don't know how business can be standing with this type of employees.... really I don't think this business should be running at all..

Terrible customer service at the Route1 location. Asked to make a copy of a key, guy looks at it all angry throws it on the counter and said I don't have it then walks to the back room without saying another word. I must have interrupted his lunch, mind you the door was closed at 3:45 when the sign says open until 5pm. Definitely will be taking my business somewhere else

I bought a replacement key online for my wife's vehicle (much cheaper than the dealership for a chip key with transponder) and Baldino's was recommended to me by a shop that refused to cut any key they didn't sell you.I had the key initially cut at their Lorton location, but was not able to test the key until that evening. The key didn't work in the vehicle, and wouldn't turn the ignition despite the chip working correctly.I brought the key back to the Woodbridge location, and explained my dilemma and they graciously apologized for the inconvenience, re-cut the key and now my wife is back in business with her new key.The work was quick, they didn't question my situation at all and were more than happy to recut the key at no additional cost, despite being a different location. Very satisfied.

The gentlemen closed the door BEFORE 5pm, I knocked on the door for 5 minutes while looking at him through the window and he refused to acknowledge me at all. Google says they are open 24 hours which is NOT TRUE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
