Jerry the serviceman was super quick and beat AAA out to help me unlock my car while it was turned on. It was late on a Sunday so I was expecting to wait awhile but they got here in about 25 minutes and even made me up with a spare key for my car in case I ever lock myself out again. Look no further than these guys if youre in the Woodbridge area and need a locksmith. 10/10 service, and even better people.

I was able to recover my stolen vehicle but did not have my key fobs or laser cut key due to the thieves still having possession of them. I called Pro Keys Locksmith on a Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. They were able to meet me at tow yard at 12:30pm and program me a new Nissan OEM key fob not some cheap knockoff and remake the lazer cut key on site in less than 20mins and were considerably cheaper than the next guy. The keys to my house and truck were lost for over a week. The dealership wanted over $800 to replace two key fobs and keys to the truck. Pro-Keys charged me half of that which included getting new keys to my house. I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism by Jerry of ProKeys in Woodbridge, VA. All questions were answered and it quelled my concerns in regards of replacement. Jerry even re-programmed my extra key fob before I even asked and said I could come to the store to get the extra keys made to my home. I had to have my remote starter replaced. Of course the Dodge dealership wanted to charge $300 for the remote and an additional $185 to cut the key and program the remote. I told them no thanks. Pro-Keys is the best! Last week I had my front door deadbolt replaced and the tech showed up right on time and was very professional. After he left, I ran about ten errands and returned home 5 hours later, only to realize I lost the keys to the new lock. Having know idea where I dropped them, I called Pro-Keys and explained to Jerry what happened. He was at my home in less than 20 minutes. So after calling several places, I ended up speaking with a guy Tony who works at a different locksmith company . He gave me Pro keys number and told me that the guy has the best pricing in Prince William County. Well, I called and yep his price was perfect. So he calls us to tell us he was on his way to the grocery store where my daughters car is located. This man not only unlocked the car door, he cut 2 keys, programmed 2 FOBs, for a price that seriously was better than anyone we called. He was quick, thorough, professional and didnt mind that it was me, my daughter, her grandma, and my daughters best friend there hovering over him. When I tell you this is the BEST lock smith ever. My key fob stopped working for my car and he arrived in less than an hour. Not only did he fix my original key fob, he gave me another one, cut the key AND gave me an extra battery ANDDDD 2 year warranty all for $250 while everyone else quoted $375 + just for the key fob. He is definitely worth the money!

I was in a difficult way because I lost the key to my 2011 RAV4 and my spare was broken. I did some research and bought 2 replacement keys from Amazon for $40. My go to locksmith said they couldnt guarantee they could program the new keys since Toyota limits the number of copies that can be made to 2. Turns out 5 had already been programmed. This locksmith reset the counter and programmed the new keys quickly while I waited. Buying 2 keys from Amazon and then getting them cut and programmed here cost less than one new key from the Toyota dealer.

Lost my car key and did not have a spare. Jerry was awesome he came out to my car which was much more convenient than getting to towed to the dealer. After he made the key he gave me the key cuts to make it easier and cheaper if it ever happens again. Very professional and the key ready for me in about 45 minutes. I would recommend his services. We left our keys to our hotel out of state so we needed a new key made to drive our car home from the air port. The locksmith came by and made us a new key which we were happy about. After the key was made he notified me that all previous keys were erased and that when I got my key back to bring it to him to program back. One week later I get my spare and lost key back to reprogram and they now tell me it is $200 per key to make work again. The locksmith him self was great but the lady who answers the phone is rude and deceptive.

Today I thought I lost my key or locked it in my trunk. With no other keys available or alternative means to get into the car. Furthermore adding salt to the wound due to modern day locks on newer cars the old clothes hanger method was a fail. So I took to the internet to find a locksmith and found Pro-Keys. After calling a few other supposed 24/7 Locksmith with no answer, Pro-Keys answered right away. After explaining my situation he patiently listened even tho I'm sure he has heard it all and was probably just wanting the details to where he needs to go. Then he gave me there generous prices which was a great relief after hearing what the dealership charges for new keys and programming. So we set up the unlock request and I felt like I had the right place for the job. While waiting magically the key turned up, go figure right. So I called back as fast as I could and he politely without irritation said 'ok that's awesome I am glad you found it' and didn't even make a fuss about it.
