First please let me say a HUGE thank you to the amazing, helpful lady that answered the phone!! I also have to say they are absolutely understanding and didn't care about $$ only the safety of the customer!!My daughter lost her car keys at work in the woods after dealing with another company that left me waiting starting at 3pm to 730pm after quoting me 2-2.5 hrs and then called me back at 730 to tell me it would be at least another 2-2.5 hrs.I decided to call Anytime I honestly was very skeptical due to the other locksmith's really awful comments about Anytime.I absolutely have to say 'They are SO Wrong'. They were very professional didn't trash talk they respect their competitors and even offered an alternative locksmith (thank the Lord it wasn't the first one I dealt with)if they were not able to squeeze us in as my daughters car was in Bainbridge. I also can't stress this enough they wanted our business the other company was absolutely rude and was quick to say ' if u don't wanna do it we'll gladly move on' And I was offended. Needless to say after 3 days my daughter through the grace of GOD found her key and 'Anytime' was happy for us!! They we're not rude, they didn't hang up on us and They offered to make a spare which we will be doing!! This company appears to be more 'Family' than corporate so, they care about the customer NOT just the $$$. Although I didn't end up using their mobile key service I absolutely received AMAZING customer service during the quote and scheduling I will definitely be referring friends, coworkers and business owners I know on the Island and in Kitsap County to use Anytime since only two locksmiths in Bremerton service this area. Thank you to all the staff n for the follow up email congratulating us for my kid finding her key n offering additional services!!! If there was an award I'd definitely give it!!!

Had to get another key fob for my car, everytime I go in here everyone is super friendly and helpful. I find everything I need everytime and when it comes to the programming the FOB unit it just takes a couple minutes. Definitely the place to go for anything keys, locks, or accessories.

This place is walking distance and always provides fast efficient and friendly service. I've lived in my location for about a year now and the staff members have gotten to recognize my face and they know my usual Everytime. They now have several new faces in the store that I do not recognize so I'm hoping that doesn't change anything.

I looked all over the county for several months for someone to help me out with my car. every dealer, every other locksmith wanted to charge me a fortune just to help me out ,and I was helped out today by a gentleman named Matt . Who went out of his way to not only Salvage what keys I had but give me a whole new casing. He saved me a lot of money, save me a lot of time and at the end of the day he did it to help me. Real great dude. I recommend to always go here if you need help. Great place great company thank you guys for everything

Told me the prices on different kinds of keys to prevent this sort of incident from occurring again, and told me how much cheaper it would be than going to the dealership. Answered their phone promptly and politely. They arrived fast, and began trying to unlock my vehicle immediately. The serviceman took care to not damage my vehicle, and unlocked it in a reasonable amount of time. Hopefully I won't need one, but if I do, I will call them first.

Well, it happened... I accidentally locked my keys in the car,...and my cell phone,...and my kids. I stopped to get gas and accidentally bumped the lock button on the way of the van, and of COURSE I didn't grab my keys... The gas station attendant was super nice and called a few locksmiths. 2 were 1 hour out and both charged $75, then the 3rd was 20 min away and didn't charge when kids are locked in the car. Thank God for that man! My kids were NOT happy about the situation. I bought a few snacks for them while I waited for the locksmith. That cheered them right up afterwards. Whew! That was the most terrible 30-35 minutes in a LONG time. If you need a quick and reliable locksmith, call Matt Herrick. He was really understanding, and quickly unlocked my door. :)

I wish I could give Anytime Lock & Safe more stars.. I called up on the phone, and spoke with Matt, he asked me if I could get what kind of locks I had, and since I did not know the brand, had me look up the key codes on the keys, which helped make sure the truck had the right supplies on it for the service call. The owner showed up in a sweet yellow van, and introduced himself. He has run this business for 40 years, and I can tell why.. He provided great customer service, and was able to do what I needed to. He was there when he said he was going to, and got me all set up. He was able to identify the type/brand of key just by barley glancing at it.. He certainly has the industry knowledge, and skills.. I can't say enough things about the good experience I had. I highly recommend Anytime Lock & Safe for anyone who needs a great locksmith.

I can't even describe how grateful I am to this company. I was getting out of my car today and most have hit the lock button while shutting the door, and subsequently locked my son in the car. Harry showed up within minutes of me calling, calmed me down, and unlocked my car quickly and professionally. I would have paid him anything for what he did, but he said he won't charge for getting a baby out of a car. That man renewed my faith in humanity and I will call him anytime I need anything in the future. This is truly a company that cares.

He arrived on time, was familiar with the lock, and got the job done quickly and to HIS satisfaction (I thought it was fine, but he made a few adjustments that DID improve the seating of the door). I called at 9am that I was locked out of my house (dog inside) and heard it would be a wait and told them honestly, I was calling another place or two. I called back within 10 minutes to say the other guy would be 3 hours, I was committed to them! Keep me in cue! I wouldn't care if it was $200. I was told their guy was on Bainbridge but should be leaving soon. I called back and talked to the woman in the office 2x over the next 3 hours to make sure as a friend drove me around looking at houses we didn't get too far. She kept saying, just spoke to him, still on bainbridge. By 2pm they just stopped answering the phone. Tried on another # just in case. Nope... they had me cancel the other guy 5 hours earlier with a positive attitude. And just stood me up, knowing my dog was locked in my house. I ended up having to rent a ladder, pop a gable vent, spelunk into an attic to drop into a bedroom and as horrible as all of that was it was still a better experience than meeting these jerks! What if my friend wasn't there with a car?!? These dishonest, inconsiderate, people not worthy of a storefront (at the mall?!?) would have left me in my yard for 6 hours before I realized they weren't going to come. After 3 calls to stay in touch and help their schedule! They have no business being in business. Do not trust this co pant. They will only screw you over.

Not very often that I need a lock smith but knowing I have an awesome one right down the road is comforting.My wife took our truck in the other day because since we've had it the tail-gate lock has never worked (bought it used) and she asked Mike to fix it. He told her that the ignition key should work and to simply spray a little WD-40 into the lock and run the key back and forth a few times and if that didn't work to come see him again.Well, she did as instructed and bingo! lock works again. Now this may not sound all that awesome but what gets me is his integrity. He could have charged her to change out the lock or even worse, had her bring it in to be fixed, charge her for a new lock and do the WD-40 trick.Like I said, I don't need him very often but with all the crooked businesses out there its nice to find an honest once now and again especially one I'm going to trust my locks with.

I am not a frequent giver of poor reviews, however, I have to say that for a company that has ANYTIME in their name...to only have one driver who is nightblind available on a Saturday night, and unable to drive after sunset...is kind of unsettling. You should either change your name to Some of the Time, or get someone who can drive after dark...
