I called on a Friday and am pleased not only with the professional, quality, value and timeliness, but I hit the jackpot with Justin. Justin diagnosed our problem and worked diligently to get me back on the road. Justin was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. My Dad said he learned a lot. I would highly recommend King's Mobile to everyone who needs help for any lock situation. The service is amazing.

I had the key to my girlfriends car break in half. It was way worn down and I was dreading having to tow the car to a mechanic. I contacted Kings to see if they could still copy a broken key and they took a crack at it. Scott was straightforward about the possibility of the copy not working because the original was in such bad shape and broken. Their skills shined as they successfully copied the broken key and it turned out to work in the doors and ignition better than the original I gave them. Im going to recommend them to my company for future lock and safe needs. We got two safes in our store with lost combos and our current locksmith cant crack them. I called to get some work done the guy who answered the phone was Scott he used me as a therapist complaining about how he feels his employees are out to get him and when they come to the job site to keep an ear out and he will give me a follow up call after. I ended up just going into the shop with my key there was a few guys in there the bigger dude with a beard helped me out he did an amazing job. The reason Im giving them two stars and not more is for using me as a therapist, wish I would have just dealt with the people in the shop to begin with.

Scott went out of his way to find a FOB (key) for my Lexus when I lost my only one. He researched the cost of fobs and made it affordable (my dealership wanted over $500 plus towing from Silverdale to Tacoma.)He returned each phone call; I called several times! So very thankful to Scott. Locked my entire key chain in my car this morning getting ready to head out to work. Looked up several different locksmiths in the area and Kings mobile was the only one open. Assumed it would take several hours to fix the situation but nop Scott came within 5 minutes of my call and was able to unlock my car in less than 2!! He was very polite and easy to talk to. My key fob for my car quit working. I replaced the battery and it still wouldnt work. I brought it in to Kings Lock and was met by Scott and Justin. Justin took a look at it, removed the battery and flipped it over, pushed the button and it lit up. Needless to say I was slightly embarrassed. Justin just smiled and said Merry Christmas. The alternative offered by the dealership was to have my car towed so they could run tests and order a new key fob. I appreciate Kings telling me to come in so they could look at the key fob first, saving me a lot of money! Ive used their services in the past and have never been less than satisfied. Bobby Baker

This locksmith told me they would be out to help me a half hour after I called. After waiting patiently for an hour I got a call from them saying they got held up, no apology or offer to discount the overpriced service, and that they would be to me in 15 minutes. OVER AND HOUR LATER I call them and demand to know where my locksmith is because at this point it had been two and a half hours instead of the 30 minutes that was promised. By that time I was late to pick up my kids and still an hour and a half from my destination. They had the nerve to call me ungrateful over the phone and threaten to not even come out to unlock my vehicle after I had already been waiting on them for over two hours. But it was nearly impossible for me to find anyone who could come out quicker. Unbeknownst to me, as a neighbor later informed me, tow truck companies also do lockout services, and for half the price!! I highly suggest you explore this rout instead of waiting around well past the promised time frame for price gouging, advantage taking losers who cant even have the patience to handle a very held up and annoyed customer. I get better service at McDonalds for godssakes.

I would like to thank Jack and the guys at King's Mobile Lock in Bremerton. Jack programmed the new remote key fob to my Silverado in a few minutes. Seriously, I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. By the way, Jack was friendly, helpful and professional. I would not hesitate one second to call on or return to King's Mobile Lock for my locksmith needs.

I had to get a couple of keys replaced for my Denali because someone stole my spare set from my wife's car when they stole her purse, so I bought a couple cheapo blanks online to get duplicated and brought them here; I was very happy that King's Mobile Lock was able to see me right away to get them cut; in fact, the duplicate key worked perfectly with no issues first try. I Forgot to get the guys name that helped me and if your reading this, thank you again for helping me out, I will be coming back here from now on when I need a locksmith.

Failed to change both locks on my house. I discovered the error rather late because my back door had been blocked off. Call around 1pm on a Friday, unfortunately, to try and resolve it. Was told they would get someone out today. Called back a couple hours later and was told it would be after 5 but they would send someone, since I have a domestic violence issue happening with an ex. They called me at 545, and someone was yelling obscenities on the phone. I called back and someone picked up and yelled obscenities for about a minute then hung up. I called back again and they guy was very hostile, said he didn't know anything about someone being sent and since they had to pay people overtime, and I should have discovered the problem sooner, they won't send someone out until Monday. As someone trying to navigate a domestic violence situation this is absolutely terrifying and I now have to finfind someone else to come out. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.

Ive been here twice and this is my first review.The first time I came my truck had mismatched keys that had to be swapped. Not many places do auto key fixes so they stayed with me until we figured it out. Theyre very knowledgeable and just awesome people.Came back today while waiting for my truck to get fixed again, my key fob for my second car was dead and Scott helped me out in a pinch. Very localized business so please check these dudes out.

My wife lost her keys and we called them at 3am they gave us a quote then didnt answer when we called back. We called again in the morning around 11 am and they said theyd have someone available around 3pm we called at 3 they said theyd have someone within 1-2 hours we called back at 6pm and they said it would be another hour. This whole time our two dogs were locked in their crate. We called back at 730 pm and they said they will have someone in an hour. I guess we will find out in an hour. Terrible service so farUpdate: someone finally showed up at 9pm. each time we called they said they would call back and never did. The man was really nice when he showed up but he couldnt unlock our door but it was a huge hassle to get someone there.

Absolutely the best locksmith the area! We had an ADT keypad lock malfuction and had tenants waiting to get in - it was cold and they had two small children so we were desperate living out of state. This was the only locksmith in the area that helped and showed any sense of urgency. We will never call anyone else again. They had our tenants inside in just over an hour and our rental was an hour commute from Bremerton!! A special thank you to Scott and his team!!

Had an appointment for 3 o clock in the afternoon, at 330 called the office and they said they were running late. At 445 I called back and asked and they said the same. I called and cancelled at 5. Never heard from the tech himself even though each time was told that I would. Took time off work to make this appointment, very disappointed. No communication on their part. Bummer.

Recently bought an old Volvo with no door keys. Came in and the women at counter was very helpful in trying to cut a key when that one didnt work(Not their fault apparently previous owner had ignition replaced ) she was able to call Volvo and in a few minutes was cutting a new key that worked. Thanks to them I can now lock my car .

Would've left 0 if I could. Just called to let them know they had chipped paint and left a dent on my frame and the door is pulled out and they argued claiming they use plastic, not metal and that it's never happened before.
