Terrible company! I would use someone else. Shady business practices and I don't even think they are licensed. None of the keys work and the technician was rude to my wife and daughter. I can't see how anyone ever wrote them a 5 star review, I think all their reviews are fake. Don't waste your time with this one, they are no good at all. Use Milo's locksmith instead.

The friendliest people and staff I've came across in many years. 4 different employees went out of their way to help me find and install locks for my truck toolbox and again to code two new key-less entry remotes for my F150 Not only are they courteous and helpful but I was also surprised at the fair prices charged for both Items. One of our employees had their key stolen as well as a wallet with a business card that had the address of the stolen key. So we had to get the biz locks re-keyed asap and it was after well after hours so we called up ESI. They showed up right away, re-keyed the locks and the technician was extremely nice/helpful.
