I purchased an old 87 Cherokee and only got the ignition key with it, no door key, I called evergreen lock and key and they were able to help me out right away. Most other locksmiths couldn't help me out due to age of vehicle, but not evergreen, they took the time to get the locks freed(they're 33 years old) and get a key to work. I'm totally impressed and they're way cheaper$$ then the other guys. Would give 5 more Stars if I could!

Kim is fantastic. He's not a native English speaker, so communication can be a little difficult. But that aside, I seriously enjoyed his company and the guy has an excellent work ethic and sense of urgency. My 06 Jeep LJ has doors that you'd have to damage by prying them open with those air packs and plastic tools most services want to use. Kim, I'm not kidding, he looked at the keys on my seat and said 'do you have an extension cord'. Literally pulled out his key cutter and eyeballed a barely working copy to get me in. FANTASTIC I SAID. And for $65. I like this man.

Kim is the man!! I lost the key to my truck which is the only one I had left (yes I know I should have made spares) but he was able to get to me very quickly, and was able to get me a new key in about 30 mins! Kim re-keyed all my external home locks. He gave me advise on locating doorknobs and deadbolt locks for my 20 year old condo that matched my internal door knobs. Called this place the next day after dealing with another company at 1am (See my review for Locksmith Plus) who tried to scam me by telling me one price over the phone then suddenly changing that price to over $55 more than the original later! Don't deal with that company, mentioned above! However, when I called Evergreen Lock & Key the following day, I was promptly answered and told the exact price of $65 for unlocking my car and no extra fees. He showed up in 20 minutes and opened my car within 10. I have a newer car and he had to jimmy the door switch through the window to get the door unlocked. Didnt cause any damage. I signed the invoice for $65 just like he said over the phone. I paid the man then was on my way. Very fast and friendly service, and no hassle with extra fees or suddeny changing the price like other places! Recommend 100%

I called because my keys were locked in the trunk and needed an estimate. I then called 5 other locksmiths and was shocked at how expensive the service was elsewhere. They ranged from an initial call fee to 'when the technician is on site they'll give you a quote'. I chose Evergreen to come out because he had a flat rate. He showed up in 12 minutes and had my keys out in 2! No tax, no up charge, just the rate he quoted. Nice man. I recommend this company. Timely and fair priced

Update 9/2019...Again 5 stars. We had two locks that still needed updating with heavier hardware than what came with the doors. We called Mr. Kim and of course he wanted to come that day. Couldn't do it but we had him come out the next. He changed out the locks and door handles, tightened up the screws holding up the front door because he didn't like how it was hanging and used a chisel to open about 1/4 inch of wood on the door frame for receiving the deadbolt for a good secure fit. He also replaced a 1950's bulb door knob that was much smaller than what is considered normal size currently. Had it off, drilled the opening up just a bit and it a very short amount of time he was done. Update 7/2019...Still 5 stars. Just had some locks changed out and outstanding service again! He rocks.I've had this gentleman out to change locks on three occasions over the last 7 years. He has always been able to come on the same day. He is fast and charges a fair price. Evergreen covers all of Snohomish County. Excellent business.

Had a friend call directly after i found info..guy answering didnt answer as company, sounded like somebody answering from overnight party, didnt understand address repeatedly and when female friend called for help;, she said was treated really badly by same guy. Will not understand why a business would act this way...especially only lock/key place showing open in immediate area when looking up on internet at this time of evening. Think hed welcome the business...obviously not.
