Provided great customer service and I would highly recommend. The first time, we lost my Lexus key. The dealer was charging me a ridiculous amount and he came to us, programmed an original new key at a great price. His service was awesome. When we needed another cars key reprogrammed, he came out and got the job done. Courtesy, professionalism, and punctual. Thank you.

extremely bad communication. I told them not to come to my house and they showed up anyways. I am very frustrated with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone unless they want to receive over 10 phone calls from random out of state numbers. They seem desperate for business. while else would they show up without my permission. unbelievable experience that I don't wish upon anyone.

It was expensive. Why do they charge for a service call? Isn't the point of calling a locksmith is that your keys are IN the car, hence you can't go to them? It was an expensive lesson, but he arrived quickly, which was appreciated. With travel time I'd say it took 20-30 mins. for $217. I need to reassess my career. ;o)

What can I say that hasn't already been said? The tech is professional, knowledgeable, and fast! He tailored his recommendations to fit my situation. For example, I told him I'm getting a new back door so he sold me the pre-keyed hardware but did not try to sell me installation that I didn't need. The guy knows his stuff and he'll help you understand.

I think these guys are a farce! No company has five star reviews for every job! Plus they had to come to a shop in Everett to get cylinders for a job they were on. They are not educated or a licensed company!

We recently had Evergreen re-key our new house. Sellers claimed they did not have any original keys, and relied solely on the electronic keypad. Evergreen had to make two 'original' keys, and then re-key 8 locks. I think it basically doubled the amount of work they had to do, but they only charged us extra ten bucks. Would definitely use Evergreen again.
