We had an unfortunate auto lockout with our dog way out in KP. Their response time was 30 minutes to free our hot pup (who locked us out). Saved us having to break a window. Other companies wouldnt service so far away.

I scheduled him to be at my house by 830 and at 1030 he never arrived. I called to see where he was and he was quite rude to me on the phone. I called someone else and they got right out. I was late for work because of it. If you are going to be late you should let people know. Very unprofessional.

Don't waste your time on this one. They are never in their store, or they open late, if you drop something off it takes weeks to get done. It's irritating at best. Just take your keys to Home Depot they work just as well. I have never had a key cut here that worked right at all.

What a wonderful experience I had with Beacon locksmith. Upon calling with my door issue I was met with professional and friendly advice. The gentleman who came to my home was able to fix my existing lock which saved me from buying a new one. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Beacon Locksmith.

I have stopped by to have keys made on more than one occasion only to find they are not even open. When I call the number listed it goes to voicemail. If I leave a message nobody calls me back. I am not sure what is going on here but it is frustrating to say the least. I don't dare leave any work with them to be done because I don't know if they will even be here for me to pick it up. I am not sure what to make of this place. I took my work to another shop instead. I should have read into these reviews because obviously the 5 star reviews have to be fake.

The two owners are such nice folks! It was a pleasure working with them. They recently fixed my SUV ignition key lock that took them working into the night until they finished. They provided great service and would recommend them to anyone with a lock issue!

I dropped off an ignition to a Honda motorcycle to have a key made. 4 weeks later no key. He hadn't even started on it. He claimed he had to find the right blank for it and was having a hard time. I told him to forget it, took it to another locksmith here in town who was mobile only who agreed to meet me at the Safeway parking lot. This locksmith simply pointed out the code number stamped on the lock, pulled out a blank from one of his parts bins, cut the key and I was done in 5 minutes. Beacon Locksmith is very unorganized and rude when you go to pick your parts up that have not even been looked at. Not worth your time to have them fix anything. I would shop around.

Pretty disappointed in this company. I called to have my locks changed due to a divorce, I stayed home from work to meet them and they never showed up. I called three times to see where he was and eventually he called back and apologized but he could not get out that day. I called another company who came right out and took care of it. Really poor communication, I understand if you get too busy but I missed a day of work for this. Maybe they need to hire someone to help them out. I was not in any position to wait another day, it was hard enough to miss one day of work as it is.

I had a horrible weekend losing my keys while snowboarding, I gave Wiley a call, he said that he would be right out. He was very knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and for the work he had to do to make me a new key was very reasonably priced. He even made me a master copy, so if i lost it again i had a spare. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Brought my lock in because it was sticking. They could have torn it apart to see what was wrong but she suggested it was just dirty and needed lubed and did so. Lock in and working better then ever.

I called them up based on their reviews? I had them install locks and a peep hole in my front door. The peep hole was installed off center, he split the door when he drilled it. He also split the door frame when he put in my locks. He said he was going to have someone come out to fix it and they never did and he would not return my phone calls. I had to hire another company to fix the work he did. This was a horrible decision to hire this company and I wish people would write more realistic reviews because obviously some of these reviews are fake, or maybe I was the only one he ruined the doors on?

Upon returning to my vehicle following a Doctor's visit, I realized I had locked my car key's inside my car. I tried to remember the name of the Company that had retrieved my house key's from my former vehicle, and had done an absolutely Wonderful job installing a deadbolt in my home. I love this place! They are a bit on the disorganized side, but for me, that adds to the experience. I find their dynamic delightful and entertaining, not quite sure why. Maybe it's bc stepping into their shop feels a bit like stepping back in time. I've used them twice and been very satisfied with their work.

Went here to have a car key made, I was referred by another company who was mobile only. The woman there could not do the key and asked if I could come back later so her husband could copy it. It was frustrating, but I came back later and he made it. I would have rated it higher but I did have to come back. Nice people tho.

I called to have locks worked on and nobody showed up. I called back and he said he was on his way. 2 hours later I called back and he had another excuse so I hired another company. I don't see how this place can stay in business by not showing up to do a job. Really disappointed, i should have read the reviews because obviously this is a common practice for these guys.

Really disappointed in this company. My wife and I hired them to do some lock changes on our new house. We came into town to meet him for a scheduled appointment and he never showed up. We wasted an entire day waiting for them. We were moving from out of town and wasted an entire day waiting on them. The next day we called and he said he could come out that day, we told him to not bother and called another company who arrived on time. I understand if you get busy, but to not call or return our calls for an entire day when we took the day off from work to meet him is unprofessional.

Does not even show up. I should have read the comments. i went with another local guy who was on time and actually cheaper. Save your money look elsewhere. All I get in response was a bad attitude from the owner who left me hanging for 3 days.

Tried to call another 'Locksmith' listed on Wollochet drive but they did not service my area? I live in Lakebay. I then called a highly rated Gig Harbor company but he was on another job and could not get out right away. He was polite and referred me here but I did have to wait a while for these guys to respond. It's better than not getting in my house I guess. I would have given a higher rating but I did have to wait a while.

Not impressed with this person at all honestly. Had them redo all the locks on my house and none of the keys work right. Had him back to fix it and they still are not right. I went to the hardware store and they made me some keys that actually worked.
