I loved getting two keys right away. No looking around the box store to even find someone to come to the key machine. Both keys worked just great. So So convenient right there in Safeway!! Will use for all my key needs.

This phone number goes to a call center in California and they rip you off for hundreds of dollars to open a car! They quoted me 29.00 plus labor but when the guy (who was in an old beat up car and not wearing any uniform at all) got here he said it was a special car and it would be 180.00!!! The other locksmiths in town said it should not have cost me more than 60.00. AVOID THIS SCAM!

Whatever you do do NOT call them to have any work done. They are not located in our state and they demanded a credit card number to even talk to a locksmith. Yikes.

I wa blocked out of my car. I called this number and got hold of someone who was at an out of state call center? He told me the price would be 19.00 plus labor, but the labor would not be very much. The guy shows up about 2 hours later (he said he came from Olympia?) And he pried my door open with an inflatable bag (which damaged my car door) and then charged me 500.00 labor!!! He refused to negotiate the price and stole my car keys demanding payment or 'there would be consequences!' I called the police and reported him for stealing my car keys. In the meantime another Locksmith that was an actual locksmith had to come make me a new key for 120.00. Whoever this 'Locksmith Connections' company is THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! They show up in an unmarked minivan and speak with a heavy Russian accent and will threaten you if you do not pay them. The other company I called said they run all the lock jobs for these so called 'Key Me' machines. This is A SCAM. TRUST ME THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. Another friend of mine said she had to pay them with her credit card and they used her card to make online purchases. Total FRAUD!

This is certainly not a locksmith shop? I needed a key made and this stupid machine you scan it yourself and they mail it to you? Dumb idea.

First off, this in not a locksmith company. Secondly you have to scan your key, pay them and have it mailed to your house and when it arrives of course it does not work and who do I return it to? This is an automated machine. It took me forever to try and figure out how to send the key back and get my money back. Terrible idea.
