Bill took the time to drive over an hour to bail us out (or, rather, the car keys in the trunk) on the 4th of July, at the Windy Ridge outlook near Mt. St. Helens. He was prompt and unlocked the car without the alarm going off. Super nice guy too. He totally made our day!

Bill is a legend in my book. I lost my keys on the mountain during a snowstorm. My roadside assistance dragged me along for two weeks without help before I decided to start calling around myself.The tow truck companies said I couldn't be towed in the 'emergency only' conditions and my dealership wasn't much help either. They told me that my Subaru HAD to be at the dealership to program my dumb fancy transponder key to the module in the car for the car to start. They swore that there was no other way.When I called Legacy Safe and Lock, Bill let me known that the dealership was full of it. He let me know how he could get my keys replaced in the least expensive way and then walked me through the process. He showed me how to get portions of his service reimbursed through my insurance company. He waited on me patiently while I unburied my car from feet of snow to work on it. Even his son who tagged along was full of an uplifting energy that made everything feel alright in a rough situation.Legacy saved me a ton of money, fixed my problems for me, took preventative measures for the future, and just gave me the kind of service you would expect from a small-town locksmith.If I didn't live so far from this business, I would consistently reccomend it to all of my friends and family.If you read this Bill, I can't possibly thank you enough. I hope I won't require your services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to give you a call.

I cannot say enough good things about Bill at Legacy Safe & Lock!! I lost my truck keys in the middle of the woods over the 4th of July weekend, and had no spare at home. Bill at Legacy was willing to follow me out to my truck, and program and cut me a new set of keys (2 chipped keys and a spare valet key) for a very reaonable price. Depsite it being Sunday on a holiday weekend, he did not charge me any extra 'Holiday' fees despite having to drive 20 miles out to my truck. The keys worked the first time, and he even provided me the key code so that, should I be dumb enough to lose my keys again, it will be cheaper to have new ones cut.

Bill was amazing! I cant say enough nice things about Bill! He came to us within an hour of calling, super friendly and professional, extremely knowledgeable about doors, lock, keys but also about anything in your home that needs fixing! He even fixed our dryer plug in connection and didnt even want to charge us! What a great guy! So trustworthy and up for any job or challenge! You wont be disappointed with Bill! He is the best!! I had used legacy safe & lock services for the first time on JAN 4TH 2017 when my car key had snapped in pieces due to freezing weather and it was my only key. Lost my keys and wallet hiking past the Windy Ridge trail near Mount St Helen. It was dark foggy and raining. I was lucky to get a ride back to a town over an hour away.
