Bill is great to work with. I have purchase an extra key for my Lincoln and my Ford truck from him. The price is far better then the dealer and for the same OEM key! I would have given 5 stars in a heart beat if it wasn't for the receptionist. Both times I had to call more then once to get a response. This last time I call then waited a week! When I called back and politely explained that I called a week ago, I was told, 'Well, we are very busy and there are a lot of people ahead of you!' I told her I just needed the key. So she proceed to take all my information again. Which made me think, how do you know how many are ahead of me if you don't know who i am or what i need in the first place. I definitely recommend Bills if you can get past the receptionist.

My two year old locked the car door to our truck while it was running. We called Bills and they were there within minutes to help us . Got it unlocked in seconds and didnt even charge us because there was a child in the vehicle!! Hopefully we never need there help but if we do , we will call them first!!

Would give a zero if I could. I live an a very high tracked area where everyone loves to park on my private property and HAD there signs up and people park right in front of them. Have calls multiple times to get cars towed and the lady receptionist or dispatcher is extremely rude and has an attuide and then will tell you I don't have time for this and hang up on you and they won't come out cause they never have a driver or seems like. I love less then 3 min from there location also. Finally got good service at b & h towing have there signs now and not having a problem at all. Dont go here if your actually looking for them to do there jobs

Loved it. I'm sorry it took so long to write this review(my tow was on 10/10 I think) but I have to say I was so happy with the service I received. They showed up exactly when they said they would. I found a coupon for 10% off which I was able to use no problem. I actually made it to work early. I also had the pleasure of meeting John. Excellent conversation and overall really cool guy. If I ever need another tow I will definitely be calling them again, not just because I received a card for 20% off my next tow because of the excellent service. Thank you again for such a great experience.

Loaded up trunk of our 2006 Nissan Sentra and slammed trunk down. Security switch locked trunk so would only open with key. Didn't have key to trunk as lock had been previously changed. Bill at Bill's Towing came to the rescue. Helped to remove the rear lower and back seat so we could access trunk release. Don't have a clue what we would have done without his help. I would definitely use Bill's Towing again. Quick response. Responsible pricing. Excellent service.

I have a very expensive show car and needed it towed Bills is the only tow service I would use. They have the right equipment and the right knowlage to tow this kind of car without doing any damage. FYI they do this for the same price or less than other less quality tow outfits. Great Job

Im a little confused. Your website says always open. However when I call for service and the lady answers to tell me we are not available. Why?? A business in Yelm who specializes in this and cant offer assistance or a referral?! Thats pretty crappy service for sure!!
