Max from City Locksmith saved me when my car left me stranded in the Home Depot parking lot. I had just had my child 3 days earlier so I was very sleep deprived and accidentally triggered the security system in my car while unlocking it. I had done this once before and the only way to turn it off is to lock the door using the key. The key that came with the car was very worn down and couldnt turn the lock anymore so my car alarm would go off any time you touched a door handle and it wouldnt turn on. To replace the ignition and lock cylinders is so expensive that I thought my car was destined for the scrap heap. I had tried a different locksmith back when I bought my car and they werent able to successfully create a new key but Max at city locksmith was! Not only was he able to make functional key that could turn the drivers side door and deactivate the security system, he made a key that worked better than the original that came with my car when I bought it. Now my key works like new and will open all the doors it couldnt and I no longer have to worry if my key will break off in my lock at 6:00am on my way to work. Max made time in his schedule to come by my car and custom make the key so that I could get back to taking care of my kid. He fixed it quick, saved my car from the junkyard and even left 2 boxes of diapers and baby wipes since he had heard I just had a son a few days earlier. City locksmith provides the best customer service I have ever seen and Max is great at his job. Thanks Max!

Max was terrific. My house was broken into this morning while I was home. They broke through the deadbolt & damaged my door. I needed to get a new dead bolt ASAP. Max responded right away. Great guy! Did my locks for me and even reinstalled new door knobs for no extra charge. With the install of knobs as you know can mess with the realignment and he will be coming back next day to fix the alignment on the doors for no charge. Max was EXCELLENT to work with! I let him know in the morning I had a job, but I did not know when it would start. We were waiting for old tenants to move out. It's a commercial building. I called him at 7pm. Not a good time, right?!!! He didn't even hesitate. I reminded him I was in a different town (45 minutes away). He said he's be there in 45 minutes to an hour.
