If you need keys, locks rekeyed, locks, Bill's is the place to go! I am always impressed with how fast and efficient they are. They have an array of unique key blanks - both hard to find, and unusual styles. I have never had to take a key back because it was not cut right. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly too!

I had a security key made for a vehicle and it didn't work properly and I was given the excuse that the machine they cut it on cost a lot of money and it doesn't make any mistakes it must be the vehicle. So I brought the vehicle down and it still didn't work so then they gave me the excuse that it must be in the lock tumblers, so they wanted to work on that. The key they made didn't work on either door or the ignition, you have to be kidding!! They want me to let them rework all 3 places just for a key they cut wrong. What a bunch of idiots. So they refused to give me my money back. I recommend to anyone do not go in there for any newer vehicle keys. Terrible customer service and they don't stand behind there work.Your right, I am the idiot for not reading your Yelp reviews on what type of company you run, lesson learned for me and one I hope others learn from this posting. But you also forgot the part where you told me that the new key needed to be set, spray the lock and turn real hard because its a new key which I tried, so all that advice was just BS on your part. And youre right I dont expect the DUPLICATE a key to work better than your original but I do expect it to work!! And its nice to know if any customer doesnt agree with you, you call us idiots.makes me wonder what you say to all your customers. Thanks for the lesson about your company.

Cindy was extremely helpful on the phone, very informative and my service from Kevin on my footlocker was fast, friendly and far more affordable for a new key vs online. These guys copy mailbox keys while you wait, unlike many other cocksmiths who make you wait several days, submit to fingerprinting and background check, urine test, etc.

As I said in my first review, should I need a locksmith, I will not be calling you.

I called to make an appointment and the man who answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional. He interrupted me several times and I could barely hear what he was saying because there was so much background noise. I have used their service once before and they didn't do everything I had asked. The only reason I used them again is because they were the closest to me. If you still want to go with them after reading my review, you should read the owner's responses to other negative comments. It's like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

Bill's did a fantastic job! They worked tirelessly to make a new 'chipped key' for my Lexus. Would have cost me $200-300 at the dealership. They quoted me at $140, but were able to do it for under $100!! Excellent service too!

Absolutely amazing experience! My husband and I just purchased a new home and needed the locks re-keyed. We had originally called another company but when they showed up they tried to quadruple the price. So we called Bill's and they were able to come out the same day and make all 6 locks the same key. I would recommend them in heartbeat and will definitely use them again!

Im the one who shared the YouTube video.I post a comment about you guys and then you guys deleted it. On September 26 2018 i came in there for key program on my Infiniti. the guy couldn't program it, so i was fine i pay the money. When i tried to start the car car wouldn't start because that guy didn't reprogram the oem key it took him 40 minutes to reprogram it. we finally get it started YOUR employee turn the ignition switch on while the car is on!!! And thats when we had the problem the car start showing warning light. i told him to fix it he told me go dealer ship!! So i said pay for dealer ship or im suing you. Then the guy with broken lag start calling me 'mother*****' and the owner start pushing me. I didn't call police because you guys are cry babies and of course you will act like you're the victims. I will not delete the YouTube video. Everyone telling me to sent the video to a lawyer, and i will be sending it very soon! See you in court!

Best possible customer service. Had one of the employees at my house to install some locks and he went above and beyond to ensure that the locks fit perfectly. He found out that the last person to install a deadbolt did not drill the hole for it deep enough. Instead of just installing my lock he drilled it out for a perfect fit. Customer for life.

Fast and efficient. I came to get the spare tire lock drilled out on an '01 Ford Ranger (can't be recast due to depth into frame), but the smith was able to read the key number off the lock, and then get a new key in there with a pair of pliers. $20 for a new key, and over $100 saved since I didn't need it drilled after all. Best possible outcome.

Wow! Locked my keys in my truck on a sales call. Called Bill's, they said they could be out in 15 min. They actually made it to me in about 7 min. (I was close to their shop). Had my door open in less than a minute AND made me an extra key at no charge so I can keep it in my wlet. Would certainly recommend!!!!!

I ordered some JMA Colored anodized aluminum keys online that no one would attempt to cut. They are lighter, but stronger than traditional keys. I attempted At Fred Meyer, the key cutting personnel has limited training, and at Home Depot, they would only cut keys that they sold there in the store.Enter Bill's locksmith, who cut the keys in one pass using some old school heavy duty key cutting machine, a far cry from the automated machines in the Home and Garden departments at other stores. The cost to make the copies was 2.50 per key plus what I had already paid to purchase the them. I would have though that $1.00 each for the copies would have been more reasonable, being that I brought in my own keys, but the copies were 100% accurate and work great, and they were the only place that would do it, so I guess can't really complain.

I have mixed feelings about this place. They did great programming my 2009 infiniti G37 keys, but were unable to program the keys to my 2017 Toyota prius.

I've gone there several times 2012-2015 to get keys made. They always do a great job. They're a big shop, very professional. On a couple occasions they very inexpensively fixed problems I was having with car locks. I find some of the negative reviews kinda hard to believe. Never had a problem here; recommend them without reservation.
