***COVID-19 Risk***On Monday, June 1st, 'Rudy' Rodolfo from Bonafide Lock & Safe came out for a non-essential service call on our apartment building's inner hallway fire doors. Rudy was outside my apartment leaning against his service van on a cell phone call, yelling directly at my closed window, to the point I couldn't hear my conversation with a client. My husband went to our patio door & asked him to take his conversation away from our patio. His response was to call my husband a RACIST, (since when is it racist to ask someone to quiet down?) He then tried to get the next-door neighbor (also on her patio) involved by asking her if my husband was a racist and mentally ill. When she ignored his comments, he then went on to involve the on-site property maintenance worker. Rudy proceeded to throw a 'temper tantrum' because he believed he had the right to be as loud and unprofessional as he wants as long as he is on the sidewalk. (on the right in photo 1) The apartment worker apologized for the disturbance and escorted 'Rudy' inside. You can see them walking shoulder to shoulder as they leave. (see photo 2). No face coverings, no gloves, not following social distancing, and not disinfecting surfaces after working. Rudy is not someone you want to trust with the health & safety of your family or the reputation of your business during a pandemic. I don't want him coming back to my enclosed apartment complex with multiple at-risk individuals. I know that the pandemic has everyone on edge with less work & more restrictions, but that does not justify this incredibly unreasonable reaction to a very reasonable request.

These guys are awesome! I had a safe I lost the emergency key to and the batteries had fallen out so I was stuck! My SS card was in there and I really needed in. Brought the safe in and after some TLC they were able to get it open! They even offered to try and make a new emergency key for me if I wanted to leave the safe. Next time my klutzy self loses my keys these will be the people I come see!

Unless you're specifically seeking a locksmith that is borderline incompetent, provides rude customer service and charges 60% more than estimated costs, look elsewhere. My experience with their tech, Sean, left a lot to be desired. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

one of the best. went to many shop formy car key, only this one can do it. they know everything about keys and locks. so cheap and fast and they went extra to lube my car lock. really good people here.

Bought a blank key for them to cut, they messed it up. They told me that if they had known that the blade wasn't exactly the same they could have done it. How was I supposed to know, their whole job revolves around keys. They should know. Didn't even give me a refund or replace my key, I'm never going back.

I bought a used motorcycle yesterday and only had one key. I had called a locksmith store in Redmond. That locksmith didn't carry blanks for duplicate keys, they only rekeyed motorcycles. They did recommend Bona-fide in Kirkland. They had exactly what I needed, and I was promptly helped.
