Very unprofessional company. Was 15 minutes late to appointment. Began work before confirming consent. Did not sign any documents prior and was handling my expesnive bike without much care. Scratched my paint work and then tried prying off my expensive components. Was charged a ridiculous amount for drilling out a core that I could have done in the same amount of time. This person came in an unmarked white van with out of state Georgia plates. Stay away. Call someone more reliable and trustworthy.

Showed up with out explaining the price. Did not say there would be a service fee. Charged me $199 to make an unprogrammed key. $10 for an extra and $35 service fee. This cost more then my Audi key fob from the dealer. There are other lock smiths that are much cheaper. I will not use this service again.

We lost the keys to our moving pod and needed help opening the massive lock it was closed with. The locksmith came very promptly and was able to drill open the lock in just 5-10 minutes, and sold us a replacement lock so we could be sure our pod would still be safe for the rest of the move. Steve was great. Arrived on time, and was able to hand make a key for my old Dodge Truck. Price was very reasonable compared to other local locksmiths. I was also able to use my AAA membership for an even lower rate. Highly recommended.

Great experience with this locksmith when my bathroom door got permanently locked and I broke it trying to remove it myself. They were very knowledgeable over the phone and in-person, were able to schedule a visit promptly, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Got the lock off without damaging the door, so we can still install a new one.

I called this Andrew and he met with me within the hour to make a key for my truck box I bought off of craigslist that didnt have a set of keys. The person I bought it from lost them. The locksmith that showed up made a key for it in literally five minutes. The price was very reasonable and fair.

Lost my keys to my old 1989 Mazda 626. Called AAA who then connected me to Seattle's Best Locksmith. Steve arrived and hand carved new keys ~ impressive! I hope this is the last time I lose keys, but if I do, I'd hope Steve is available :)

Very easy process. I lost my only set of car keys and they were able to create another set and reprogram my car. This was really helpful considering my car was parked in a garage and it would be extremely hard and expensive to have it towed to a dealer. Steve was friendly and efficient! Definitely recommend

The person lied by omission about the price of service, charged me 35$ and left without doing anything. I believe he did not want to tell me it would cost 250$ to make my key as well as a 35$ travel fee over the phone on the chance that I would say no. Instead, when asked how much this would cost, he said only 35$, misleading me about the price. In any case, I paid him for nothing, because I did not have the money for their charge. I would not have asked him to come. I had already told him the year, make and model over the phone, he already looked up what kind of key I needed. This was a way to make some money regardless. Very frustrated. He did arrive promptly however. No one's all one thing, I guess.

I was referred this company when I locked my key in the trunk... not just inside the trunk but in the lip of the trunk so the key was jarred. Steve showed up very shortly after calling. He was very polite, fast and efficient. He got my car unlocked and the trunk popped within minutes! He even had a stool to offer me so that I could sit in the shade while I waited, however not much of a wait was needed. I would definitely recommend Seattle's Best Locksmith's to anyone looking for prompt, courteous service!

I would give a zero star if I could. The service is overprice and the man was so rude. I looked up the price online was between $30 to $50 for car locked, but they charged me $190 for their service, and it took them LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES to unlock my car, My car is Honda 2005. I don't recommend using their service, look some where else for cheap price.

The best thing about losing your key at the park and not being able to find it even after hours of searching, is to have Steve from Seattle's Best Locksmith come to the rescue!!!Steve arrived as AAA told us he would (within the hour, even during a high traffic time of day) and he immediately got busy taking care of our problem. We were impressed when he quickly made a new key that works even better than the one we lost ever did!!! Not only is his service efficient, professional, and pleasant, he also made us a 2nd key, upon our request, for a very reasonable price! We went from keyless and distressed, to 2 keys and happy in a matter of a few minutes! Thanks to Seattle's Best Locksmith we now have a backup key should we ever need it!After Steve left us as happy, satisfied customers we discovered that our car battery had died! I quickly called to ask if he had jumper cables (he did) and he turned around and soon reappeared to save the day for us a second time!!! At no additional cost!!!Thank you Steve!
