Gave me a estimate for about $90 and when the arrived said it would be double that. I would of been mad and would of payed but seemed like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. Still charged me the second vice fee.

Got my key and key bob copied at one of their machines in a local store, then waited for them to promptly send in mail! Both the key and key bob came in seperate packages. Both came in on time! Key bob sealed nicely with a cute little card! Key came with a card too! Will recommend this place to anyone who asks about where to get key related things. Sometimes the machine prints the key out right there in person, but I had to have Key bon mailed to me so they could make it. Im not sure why they had to also mail me my normal key.
