Vehicle lockout. Called and asked for eta. Response was 30 mins or less. Arrived in 20.Price is steep but theyre upfront with that. With that kind of response time and it taking less than 2 mins for him to pop the lock, its a fair price.I dont intend to have this situation again as Ill be getting a duplicate key through them down the road, but if this ever happens again this is who Ill call first.

Need a boat key made, they were able to make a key that worked just like the original one. They had to do more than cut it, they also had to make the key thinner. Any how great job and thank you for a job well done.

Front door lock jammed and I had two furniture companies delivering the following day so I needed access through the front door.. Called 5 locksmiths in the Olympia area; J & L was the only one who would come out the same day. (Two locksmiths didn't even return my voicemails!!). Had the problem fixed in 20 minutes and at a very low price. Highly recommended!!!

Was locked out of house for about 4+ hours trying to deal with other local locksmiths, somehow found this ones number and he arrived in under 25 minutes during the winter, speedy service with a relaxed demeanor. Definitely recommend this service. Fluent english. Can pay with Visa as of the time of this review.Definitely not feeling the chill any longer from being outside for that long.

We called for help after locking our keys in the vehicle. Even though it was early in the morning and the roads were awful due to the snow storm he made it to us in about a half hour!
