This was a quick convenient location to go place my order, I was thinking from what the kiosk showed I could retrieve my keys on the spot. Additionally was prompted because I had ordered two keys I would receive a third and put in the details for that one as well, when my order came I was expecting three keys because that was what I went there to order but only received two. Key quality was good but still haven't received my third key.

Worked out good for me. Kinda spendy, but I needed keys made, the kiosk was there at my Safeway, used it, waited a few days, they were in the mailbox, tried em out, and they worked. :) boom boom boom. Done.

Was only looking for a quick quote, which did not happen. Took me through a third party representative and the guy kept telling me let me take your info and ill get our locksmith to call you with a quote. Gave him the info needed for the call back (for a quote) and by the time I was called back I no longer needed their services. Not 2 minutes later I was contacted by KeyMe stating I needed to pay $29.00 since I set up a call and did not use them!!! All I needed was a quote! Never paid and will never contact them in the future.

My missing key was for my mailbox and I was told the replacement would need to have a new lock for which the charge was $50 minimum! I was able to get two replacement keys for less then $13. The keys were shipped to me very quickly and I verfiied that they work as well.

When you need a key fixed for an expensive price and it also keeps your information and it might shut down on you while you're in the process of making a key I think I would rather rely on Lowe's or Home Depot

Worst experience in have ever had getting a key made, the kiosk gave me the wrong key style and size, these are only for old cars and house keys not any other kind and there is no way to refute the product with a person since no rep is nearby.
