So far I have used them for my residential and professional locations. They specialize in a variety of all types of advanced hi tech door locks systems I would highly recommend if you need effective state of the art security.

They are knowledgeable and dependable for all your locksmiths needs. They did a great job of making sure the access control system we were getting was a good fit for our business. We have had our system in place for about a year now and we recently started to have problems with our door not locking properly, they worked with us until they fixed it. It is hard to find a dependable and trustworthy locksmith and I'm thankful they're in Renton.

A local business that does great work! Customer service should be award-winning. Workmen double-locked garage side-door that we have lost the key to eons ago. My husband called this afternoon for service and they showed up in less than hour. They were able to get the garage open and change the knob lockset within minutes.

When I got to work, at 5 am, I noticed that someone tried to break in and broke a piece of metal inside the lock, my boss told me to call a local locksmith and these guys were the first to pop up, I called and their guy was here in less than half an hour, he could extract the metal piece, but my boss wanted to replace the lock to a more secure one. He did a great job.

I'm just now finding the time to thanks this company for saving our holiday. On Thanksgiving eve from all the rooms in the house, we got locked out of the guests room. We called around, not all the calls got answered and this company said she sending her Locksmith to us. While trying to decide whether we break the lock or finding a new sleeping arrangement the locksmith ringed the bell and saved the situation. He was so nice, I felt bad that I doubt if he actually going to come. On top of it, he didn't charge us one penny more than we've been told over the phone. Thank you!!!

Zero stars. Terrible. I had to check all of the technician's work and tell him to adjust all of it. The technician overcharged for the work done. The technician mistakenly drilled a big hole through the drywall and then tried to deny it. He filled it will caulk, which did not work. The company has been avoiding my calls.
