Anna helped me once before when I was locked out, but this time she went way above and beyond what I could have ever expected. My latch broke and not only did she still get me in, but she went through and checked all my doors and locks and made sure they were all properly aligned and easy to lock without having to pull on the doors any more. All she charged me was the original lockout fee. Nothing for the new latch or extra labor!

Anna is the real deal. Just moved into a house we bought and she came and re-keyed the whole place in just over an hour. She left every lock better functioning than when she found it! She lubricated and adjusted everything so that all the doors latch well and the cylinders turn smoothly with the key. Really easy to work with; very professional and truly skilled in her trade. Super impressed with Andy Anderson and Anna's Lock & Key. Andy came out on May 2nd in record time and professionally picked a padlock on my shop. Totally saved my bacon because I had locked my keys in it the night before that I needed to drive to my gig on Saturday. What's more, I tried to pay him for his work and he told me not to worry about it. I even called Anna up and tried to pay her and she told me not to worry about it. This is the person to call to change locks, your locked outside, and they even do reprogramming on new car keys. That will save you some dough and grief. Very conveniently located off I5, exit 202. That is Exit 116th st. Friendly and knowledge, do just hire someone you see a random ad for. Hire someone who is real and local. Hire Ann's Lock and Key. Very professional.
