Surprisingly friendly staff that is helpful and tries to answer your questions. Not the hugest selection but probably find what you're looking for here. A lot of specialized bulbs and batteries as well. Not sure how competitive their prices are as I didn't compare anything.

This is a gentleman who routinely reaches out and checks in to assess needs for his customers and follows up to check on how his products are working for you. Always a clean and organized store, with friendly staff, the experience here is always a pleasurable one. Reasonable prices and great service! You wont regret shopping here for sure.

My girlfriend's car broke down today at the most perfect location. The car lost power right outside Batteries and Bulbs in Smokey point. Marvin and the rest of the staff are absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to assess the situation and did their absolute best to help. I am so impressed by the customer service we experienced and from now on I will go no where else for my battery needs! What an awesome experience. If I could give 6 stars I would!

From the time I called until the time I paid, they were super helpful and really friendly and any question I had they answered. And fix my phone and a very timely manner as soon as I left there and got home they were calling me letting me know that it was already done. And when I went to go pick up my phone instead of trying to get more or just more money out of me they let me know that my charging port to my phone is bent so the lady suggested I should get a Bluetooth charger so I can have less wear and tear on my charging port.

The one and only time I went to Bat ad Bulbs it was a good experience. They had the semi obscure light bulb I needed in stock right there hanging on the wall and at almost half the price of home depot and lower. The employee at the counter seemed knowledgeable and was very courteous. I would recommend this store definitely.

We drove 40 minutes two days in a row to have chip keys/key fobs made at this location. They were polite, friendly and helpful in addition to having the most reasonable prices for the items we needed. We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend their services. I went in for a replacement key and fob for my extremely worn one, and a new fob to use as a spare. The first fob the casing was replaced and worked perfectly. Technical difficulties with the new fob had me returning to the store three or four times as it refused to program to my car, but it never felt terribly inconvenient. I'm ecstatic to have 2 working key fobs and Erik and the entire staff provided me with an excellent customer service experience - probably the best I've had. I would recommend them to everyone.

The Duracell Gold battery I had purchased in June 2018 in Seattle had developed a problem in starting the car if I had not driven it in more than a day, so I called the nearest store to my new home, which was the Arlington store, and the representative told me to bring it in that day for testing. He did a complete test of the battery health as well as the condition of the electrical system, and determined in less than 5 minutes that the battery was lacking in reserve capacity, a somewhat unusual type of failure for a relatively new battery, and replaced it on the spot within 10 minutes under warranty. A short time after arriving I was on my way with a new battery.

This place is awesome. Customer Service is top notch. They are very nice and very helpful. I brought my phone in for a battery replacement. I called 3 Sprint stores and they wouldn't touch it because I didn't have the stupid insurance. My phone is paid off and I was wanting to pay cash to fix it but they turned me down. I found Batteries Plus Bulbs online and scheduled an appointment with them. The price wasn't bad and they had it done in about 30 min. If you need any repairs done on your phone or need a key fob for your vehicle or anything related I would highly highly recommend this place. P.S. I overheard another customer who had a cracked iPhone 10 screen. They fixed that in about 30 minutes too and it was also done for a great price. Anyway, great place. Bring them your business and you will leave a happy customer who wants to post a great review for them without them even asking you to.

Wow! Talk about good customer service!I brought my daughters dead iPhone to the Batteries + Bulbs in smokey point and they were so helpful! After having sprint tell me they can't even check what's wrong with it without shipping it to Apple, I figured all her pictures were a loss. But B+B swapped out the battery in order to transfer the pictures into her iCloud account...it took 2 days! And because we didn't end up needing any parts, they didn't charge anything!! Now that's top notch customer service!!!

Called all around looking for the cheapest price to fix my phone and they were it! They didn't have the part in stock when I called, but they offered to order it and called me back within 2 days that the order came in. A telephone call helped me select the marine deep cycle AGM batteries I needed. I ordered online in the morning and they were ready for me in the afternoon the same day!
