Very knowledgeable and friendly. If they can't fix it or get it for you i doubt anyone in town can. Use then for work. I do building maintenance so I rely on ones who can do a job right for me.

I called with an urgent request due to a theft at my work. The owner of the company needed to have our business and his home re-keyed for safety reasons. Peter at the office was amazing and helpful. He even called me when I had to hang up unexpectedly when I got a call from the police. He was thoughtful and professional and sent a tech out right away. The tech, Richie, was quick, professional, and thorough as well. In such a nerve wracking time, it was a relief to work with a company so awesome!

I love these guys!I was looking for specific, glass door knobs and Billy was incredibly helpful. To be specific ... After getting the quote for the first set (Baldwin) and me realizing what the total cost of the project would be we determined Emtek had a very similar set for a lower total cost.And, when they arrived he called me same day to let me know they had come in and to schedule the appt. Today, 12/27 was installation day and Bill was right on time and did a great job. They look great!

I called Harry's locksmith today because I did something no parent wants to ever do, I locked my baby in the car with the keys inside. The dispatcher was extremely helpful. She sensed my urgency and made a quick phone call to the locksmith, Richie. He showed up in less than 15 minutes. He was calm, compassionate, and professional. He was able to unlock my car in less than 2 minutes! Thank you, so very much! What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a minor inconvenience. Thank you Richie, you made my day! I will be calling you again (even though I hope I won't need to) and recommending you to everyone I know!

5 starI was house/dog sitting for my sister and her dog jumped up and locked the door in the garage behind me. I called Harry's and they were there in 30 minutes. Great customer service even on Friday night. Very pleased. Great price also. Recommend highly.

Great service and I'm thankful I took my car lock there to get a key made. Other locksmiths around town said to replace all of my locks which would've been expensive. Harry's took care of a single lock and saved me more than $300 in comparison to what every other place had said to do.

The gentleman who came out was very nice, quick. We got our new home re keyed. Only problem was two of the keys given at the end didn't work so I had to go in and get them fixed! Little mistake on their end but was given a new Seahawks key for the trouble! Prices were most reasonable in town!

How AWESOME is Harrys?!? Well I have been driving my late grandmas car around and never was able to use the door locks because I believed I didnt have the key. I called for a price to get a key made and was told the ignition key was the door key and it was probably just full of gunk. Cleaned it with WD-40 and seconds later, for the first time since Ive own this car, was able to unlock it. Other locksmiths in the area quoted me between $125 and $165 for the service I requested. Harrys cost me $5 in lubricant. Please please please use this service! They are amazingly honest and helpful.

This place is great! Went in because my drivers side door cylinder was broken and any key could now unlock my car. It had been broken into that morning. I brought the lock in and they determined that it couldnt be repaired and had to be replaced. Turns out they no longer make replacement locks for my car(my car is really old) and even the dealer doesnt sell a replacement. They were able to take my old lock use that to get a new lock installed in my car! For a good price too! Now I am able to sleep tonight knowing that my car is secure! Great service and very helpful! Definitely recommend.

I have dealt with multiple locksmiths before. Harry's is my go to for service. Not only do they do the basic of showing up, completing a job and communicating respectfully. They also go beyond the standards of customer service by explaining their work, setting reasonable expectations and doing a quality job. This is one of the few companies I will recommend.

I was locked out of my house when my keyless pad motor stopped working. I called Harry's first thing in the morning and they arrived within thirty minutes. Jeff was excellent. He got me in and made keys for my front and back door all in about an hour st a reasonable price- less than I expected. I was very pleased and will definitely recommend Harry's and their employee Jeff to everyone I know.

Absolutely amazing service. Probably the only honest locksmith I've ever met. As someone who has lost Keys multiple times and had to pay an arm and a leg to get a key made. These guys were extremely reasonable and I got the key made and back to the house before my wife even knew that I had lost the key... they could have charged me $500 instead they charged me at totally reasonable amount and at that point I was probably willing to pay anything to get the key made. Thank you guys so much life savers.

Very fast weekend response in a pinch. Zach came out and didn't mess around, gave me more options than I thought I had which saved me some $$$ when I returned the locks I had already bought. He gave me one of his cards, I called him 10 minutes later and he answered... on what was essentially his day off and he came back to look at another of my concerns not related to the original job. He was professional, fast and very polite. We need a good locksmith with all these locks onsight and I think we found one. Thanks Zach!

Awesome service!!I went on a trip and left my keys with a buddy who dropped me off at the airport. He ended up losing the keys with the key FOB and everything else in my life that requires keys, and I had no spares. When I got back, I thought I was gonna have to go to the dealership, and deal with that whole headache of getting a new programmed key and FOB. I'd have to get the truck to them, make an appointment, pay 3 hours labor, pay for the expensive key and FOB....basically drop $600 is what is sounded like.Calling Harries was a breath of fresh air, there was some miscommunication at the start, but Tony got out to me pretty quick. It only took about 1.5 hours to do everything and THAT WAS IT! Super simple, very easy, no issues at all. What a great service! Will be using them again in the future. Tony was fantastic, a great guy to talk and joke with. Highly recommend these guys!

Very quick and attentive... Brought in a broken key and they were able to make me a new copy from the broken pieces..... The guy at the computer stares at you funny though.... But, besides that, a great experience. Definitely recommend to everyone.
