The very helpful and knowledgeable young man was able to figure out which number was needed to make the key to be able to use the item and worked on it until the key opened it perfectly, Great job and a big help! Had issue with a jeep thought for sure that the key was the issue and had security set and wouldnt let vehc. Start one of the guys showed up hooked up to it said he was almost sure the key wasnt problem and took time to find out for sure wasnt key and we wasnt charged which was grt we r a business also so if he ever needs any thing he will gt it hear at b.n.m auto

After trying several times to get a 'sidewinder' key cut for my Honda, I finally was able to today. First things first, their price for cutting these type of keys is the best around by far. The man who helped me today was very pleasant and nice to deal with. I think the problem is they guy is busy, and a lot of the time he's doing jobs offsite. I had been here twice before when the 'assistant' guy was there and he can't cut those type of keys. One day I had even called to confirm when I could come and he still wasn't there to help me, but off on another job. Finally one day the assistant guy said I should make an appointment. This finally worked and I was able to get the key made. So overall not a bad place and pretty good prices, especially for these special keys, but the problems and other bad reviews seem to stem from not being available during business hours and in my case only the one person being able to cut the specialty keys.
