Needed to replace a car key; not a lockout situation. Brad immediately ordered the proper key (didnt have a Jeep key in stock), called as soon as it arrived, and had the key cut and programmed in about 10 minutes. Very happy to have found such a professional. Highly recommend.

I was just locked out of my house and to be honest, at 11pm on a cold fall night, all I wanted was to get inside. I spoke with Brad on the phone. He gave me different cost options to solve my predicament and did not pressure me one way or the other. Someone was here in less than 10 minutes. The people involved were kind, professional, understanding, and didnt make me uncomfortable or badly about my situation at all. If anything, I was completely relieved to receive the efficient help. The short duration that it took him to get me inside was well worth the money. The price was completely reasonable considering the time, and I could not be more appreciative. Thank you very much!! Literally cannot go wrong choosing this team, especially in a pinch!!

I was babysitting. My youngest granddaughter locked her bedroom door. Couldn't get it open. Call JC Security, Brad was there in 10 minutes, unlocked the door and even showed me what to do if it happened again! Superb service! Highly recommend calling them. After losing the smart key to our vehicle I called around for pricing. JC Security was the most reasonably priced. Even the dealership suggested calling them. They were able to get the replacement key in less than a week and came out to the house to reprogram it. After not running the car for a few months the battery was dead. Brad was so helpful with getting our second vehicle hooked in order to jump the battery. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to any one who needs locksmith services!

I unfortunately lost a key fob to my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. The first thing I thought to do was call the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. When I asked the dealership how much it would be to replace the key, this is what they told me. $169.00 just for the fob, another $50.00 to program the fob to my vehicle, and and additional $39.00 if I want the spare door key hidden in fob, taxes and fees not included. A total price of $258.00. I almost stopped in and bit the bullet. Luckily, I found JC Security. When I called, I was quoted $130.00 for the exact same key, programmed and ready for use. The price couldn't be beat. Now let me talk about craftsmanship. I stopped by their location shortly after work, and in less than 20 minutes I had a programmed fob, and a hidden key, keyed to my vehicle. Not only was their work of the highest standard and efficiency, but both Jeff and Brad were professional, respectful and courteous. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. The guys at JC Security are who you're looking for.

I locked myself and my young children outside of our house about a week back. Thank goodness I had my phone! We called JC Security based on a high Angie's List Rating. He arrived at our house in under 20 minutes and had us back inside not even5 minute later. Polite, Professional, Reasonable. I would definitely call them again!

Jeff, Kim, and Brad are amazing! I initially called pop-a-lock to unlock my car. Me and my kids waited more than 3 hours after they told me 1 hour!
