Kim has helped me a couple of other times with re-keying my locks, and also some security advice. Recently I found the need to install some security cameras. He came over and assessed where I wanted to put them. I didn't want to hardwire them, but rather go with wireless cameras. He suggested a certain camera that he knows from experience works well. He's seen it in action first hand. I have to say he did not disappoint! His work is always efficient, all the while telling stories but never skipping a beat on the install. I only go to Kim for my security needs and highly recommend him to anyone else that needs a skilled locksmith!

I called at 7:45 am for services. The man that answered was very rude and made me feel like I was an idiot. Dont be a 24 hour service and offer help if you are going to just make people fell dumb when they need help.

Locked the house door behind me and that was all. No spare key...what to do? Called Valley Lock on a Friday night and they answered right away. Got my name, location, and they were on their way. Excellent professionalism, and opened in a timely matter! Thankful he could come out on this cold night! Would definitely recommend them!

I cannot believe how rude this guy was..... I locked myself out of my house, so after realizing I had no other options I called for help. While waiting I gave all my keys one last shot and was able to get my half bent key to open the lock, so I kindly call and let him know I no longer needed assistance. The response I got blew my mind; I find that hard to believe that you got yourself in... I said yes I did I tried my doors one last time while waiting and was able to get myself in...I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND this company. The response I got was disgusting and sickening. I would not be calling someone at 7:45am to come unlock my door as a joke or if I didnt need the honest help.

I called him on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend after my key broke off in the lock and I was stuck outside my apartment in 90+ degree heat. Not only did he show up, replace my lock and keys, and even fix my stuck hinges, but all of this happened within an hour, and for less than $100! I have never had such fast, amazing service; I definitely recommend them.

Called this guy to unlock my car and from the minute he answered the phone he was very rude. He didn't identify himself at all. When I called him back to tell him that I was unable to unlock my car myself, he got even more rude to me because he had a guy on his way out already. I kept apologizing to him. He got so angry with me that he hung up on me. I don't understand why a business owner would do that to a potential customer. Especially one who has many ties to the community.

Valley Lock's Kim Geier came unbelievably promptly, sized up the problem (I had locked myself out--and both the door key and the car key in!), solved it quickly and cheerfully, and got me back into my old house in a few minutes. He was dealing with a lock that had been crotchety for a long time, and he corrected the pressure building around the lock that was making the door difficult to close. As a result the lock works perfectly. Then he told me clearly how I can avoid ever locking myself out again. His price was wonderful. I can't recommend him more enthusiastically! Give him a call!
