Freddy did an amazing job on my re-key. He set up a master key system, with different keys for each apartment. He went back several times, ensuring that each lock and knob was exactly correct for the application. His prices were reasonable, he was courteous, professional, and went well above and beyond. Usually don't write reviews but I feel obliged to thank Ashland Lock & Key for getting me out of a jam. Found I wasn't able to lock my back door and was leaving town the next day. In spite of a full schedule Freddy came over the same day--- at 7 pm-- and not only repaired the lock but used a spare part he had to save me the cost of new hardware. He's a great guy and really knows his stuff.
