Terrible service, called for new lock and guy asked for me to send pictures which I did. He said he would be in a few days later to look at the lock himself, never showed up. Called back following week said he already ordered the lock which I found strange since he never actually came to visually see what we needed. I called back a week later asking for ETA on lock and he seemed confused on what I was talking about. He then said he would be in that day to look at lock. He showed up and said he was ordering a lock. 2 weeks go by, I haven't heard anything so I give him a call. He tells me he ordered it from California so it should be a few more days. At this point I tell him I was going to look elsewhere and he was quick to cut me off and say ok have a great day. Poor service and would not recommend.
