I made several copies of two separate keys. Ive tested 3 of the keys. One key does not work well. It is difficult to turn. How do I get that taken care of?I still need to test 3 additional keys. JeanneIf I can get the bad key replaced easily, I will change my rating.

Everything worked out great! However I never got the receipt I was promised... Ive checked my email and junk mail several times. A little disappointing but not a total deal killer.

I like making keys at KeyMe. But this time I could not get, at that moment, a 'Darth Vader' key for my nephew. Only bad experience I've had. Excellent quality keys and lots of choices.

Used the key machine at Menards. Put in the key, machine reads it. Then told me they did not have the key in stock, but could make it for me and mail it. The keys arrived fast and they worked great. No issues.

Keyme kiosk review. I have tried to have a car key cut locally at the local locksmith's well at several Locksmiths , Kitz and Pheil, Ace etc, and unfortunately they cannot , well have not gotten it right. It is a simple well 2 sided non transponder 2012 Kia Soul key, I have an original, and from that I have tried to have it cut, they get it close, either it doesn't work at all, or the one cut you have to finesse it, in then back a hair, back in pressure up then down a bit, to have it unlock and or turn in the outer door , sometimes turning it 180 degrees, top to bottom works the best, so after several tries to get a duplicate at the above mentioned locksmiths I gave up, , one had only worked on the ignition, but not the door with out a tremendous amount of playing with it, and when one did initially work in the ignition it then stopped working, after several uses, if you at any time would slide in the original key it turns just fine, in the ignition or the outer door.So guess what, I had mine copied at a kiosk, a KeyMe Kiosk, and since it is a non-standard blank, ie. not one carried in the kiosk, so they mailed it, and it worked the 1st time! In the door and or the moment of truth, in the ignition, I had cut it late Friday night, and it arrived Monday in the USPS mail, wow. Needless to say I was , well I am impressed, It was as I recall a charge of 20.00 for that key , and the last time I had a dealer order one it was 35.00 from Kia, local locksmiths charge about 6.99 for a 2 sided cut non-working one, ;) , the real plus is now my key should be stored, and I could have another cut and sent out to arrive in just a day or so and I dont have to do anything other than call the 800 number and order it under my save keys, or go online and login and I can order it myself, and they will cut one and send me one from my stored key profile.
