I was on the road today and my battery died. I use my vehicle for work so this was not a good start. I called my dealer and they were no help. I called my insurance company who called Fox Cities Towing to get me a jump. While I waited I called several places to get right in and get a battery changed. I was told 1 to 4 days to get it done. Like I said my car is my job. Then Corey showed up from Fox Cities and asked how he could help, I told him it was the battery as when I turned the key it went click, click. He said I was right and did I want a jump or new battery. Wow he made my day! I asked if he had what I needed on the truck and he said he did. Ten minutes later I had a new battery and was on my way to a much better day. That is top service for the customer! I will not forget him or them.

About a month ago, my husband and I were on our way home from a family Christmas. We noticed that our vehicle was overheating and pulled over. My husband is a mechanic and determined that our serpentine belt had slipped, so using our Roadside Assistance, we called for a tow. Charlie responded and was there within thirty minutes (even though we were anticipating at least an hour +). He assisted me into the tow truck safely and then loaded our vehicle with extreme care. He was kind, polite, and humorous, especially at 1:00 a.m. I will absolutely utilize Fox City's Towing and will recommend their services to anyone I can.

Incompetent with rude customer service. My work van got a flat tire and the companies roadside assistance got a hold of fox cities towing. Took them 55 minutes to get to me which is understandable. They were unable to figure out how to lower my spare tire until I showed him. Than he pulls out his mini jack from the truck Strong enough to lift a Prius. My work van was too heavy for the jack to lift it so he told me he had other calls to get to and had to leave and that someone else would come there. So after being a bit frustrated then as I waited I got a phone call from a guy from there office stating my company insurance didnt cover how heavy my van was lol. He told me I needed to pay out of pocket which I told him was not happening and I ended up telling him forget it Ill figure it out myself which than he tells me ok thanks bud bye. I than received my own impact and jack from a friend that ran it down to me and took care of it myself. I can thank fox cities towing for wasting my time.

Employees were polite, but a worker made an error scanning my car, telling me I had a bad alternator when the battery was actually the problem. This caused me quite a hassle. This is me speaking from my own personal experience however, and is an isolated incident. These guys seem decent

My car died last night in Appleton. I was so frustrated. It was a Friday evening and I knew Id have to wait until Saturday morning. First thing Saturday morning I called my insurance and they connected me immediately with Fox Citys Towing. From the dispatcher to the mechanic (Corey) everyone was helpful and friendly! And their niceness wasnt forced - it was obvious that they enjoyed their job and enjoy being kind and helpful. Corey replaced my battery (which was at least 8 years old) right there in the parking lot! Excellent service!

Tonite my wife and I had received assistance from a great technician named Brandon who not only helped us change their tire but identified that the tire he took off could easily be repaired and that the spare we were using needed some repair once we safely got to where we were going and even called to check in on us 25 minutes later. My 16 year old son had a blown tire on 441 during rush hour, near Menasha. Having no idea what to expect, I called this company. Not only was I able to pick him up and get off the highway within minutes of calling, the tow truck had the car picked up and delivered to Discount Tires in Appleton within 30 minutes. The driver had a great sense of humor, was helpful with looking at what had happened, and was empathetic to the new driver. The fee was more than reasonable too! We are so lucky we called you! I used the AAA app to request a jumpstart on my neighbors car. Fox Citys Towing was chosen for the job. Cory was the technician sent to aide us and was very diligent and professional as well as friendly. As soon as I requested service, within 5 minutes I received a call to verify my information and location. He gave me an estimated time of arrival (which matched the ETA on AAA app). He was running a few minutes late, and was on top of notifying me of a new ETA. Cory got the job done quickly and I was pleased with his work ethic! Recommend for anyone who needs a quick fix (jump, tire change...) for their vehicle.UPDATE: I ended up needing a tow after MY battery and alternator was drained trying to jump start my neighbors truck the night before.. Michael was the tech sent to tow my vehicle. He was so friendly and helpful! He was very outwardly post and incredibly personable. This company has done a good job hiring amazing, qualified and friendly employees! Highly recommend!

Needed to get my car to a certified mechanic 53 miles away. My insurance company sent out Fox City'sTowing and I couldn't have been more pleased. Mikee kept me up to date as he was coming out (I literally live in the middle of no where) and he arrived promptly. Our insurance company is contracted with Fox City's towing so when my husband put our car in the ditch off the highway coming home from work during this last snow storm we had, they called Fox City's towing to retrieve our vehicle. He was no longer with the vehicle since it was blizzarding out so a person who was passing him stopped & brought him home. He didnt have a phone either. So heads up - make sure u stay with your vehicle if you're going to be calling for a tow cuz they will not do it without u there. Their dispatch told us they would but the driver got there, seen he wasn't there & left. Even tho we told the dispatch we were on our way there and to just pull it out & we'd be there. Dispatch told us that was fine but to get there soon or it would be impounded by the DOT. However, they did not properly relay information to the driver so he left - leaving my husband out there stranded again (since he wasn't with the vehicle he had to get a ride back out thwre). The driver was now on an accident scene & would not be assisting us. Not only that - after wasting valuable time - brown county put a tow ban out and we were no longer able to get any one else out there. So the car had to sit there all night. The next day Geico had the same company tow the car for us even tho we were a little wary about using them again. The driver showed up at the same time as a state trooper and they were able to get our car out safely & in a timely manner. It was the same driver as the night before. Even after the bad experience we had the night before I will most likely use Fox Cities Towing in the future because of how the driver had apologized & held himself accountable for the issues/miscommunication that had happened the night before. That's respectable human behavior you don't see too often anymore. Normally I see businesses try to dodge accountability or put blame on the customer. He shook husband's hand and apologized for the miscommunication that took place. You won't find any business that it is mistake-free...but u also won't find very many places that stand behind their work like Fox City's towing. The way the driver had handled the situation afterwards & apologized really meant a lot to us and I regret not getting his name. FYIs I WISH I KNEW BEFORE:Make sure u stay with ur vehicle or they will not tow it. Also be aware that Brown county likes to utilize 'tow bans' on the highways during bad storms to prevent accidents & to protect police officers on the road. You cannot get a tow until that ban is lifted. Most counties will allow ur vehicle to stay where it is for 48 hours before they impound it.Geico is contracted with Fox City's towing.

After flying out of town for a week when I returned my car wouldn't start, after spending some time on the phone with Statefarm for road side assistance, they let me know that they were sending Fox City Towing to help jump start my car, within a 15 minutes they had a truck there and and in no time I was on my way home.Very fast response time.

Awesome service! The guy who came to fix my flat was very friendly and helpful. He looked over my tire and assured me it was definitely fixable. He said that if any shop tells me otherwise, they're just trying to rip me off and sell me new tires. So I took it to Costco, and they did just that. Said it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell me. So I took it over to Discount Tire and they agreed it was an easy fix and took care of it right away for free! So Fox City's Towing saved me $220.00 plus install! Thanks guys!!
