A missing key for an antique car was no challenge at all, they helped remove the necessary parts, and within a day had new keys made, and even helped me reinstall the lock back into the vehicle. On time, professional, and great value.

Earl is the man! Seriously the nicest guy ever. I lost the keys to my car and he told me what part I needed to get so he could make me a new key, and when I bought the wrong part he went and returned the part for me and got the right part completely free of charge. 30 minutes later he had the car up and running! We purchased a new computer for our car that came with pre-programmed keys, which were blanks. We called around to all kinds of businesses in Wisconsin Rapids and no one would cut a key that hadnt been purchased from them. We were getting really frustrated and decided to call one more place, which happened to be Mobile Lock and Security. The man who answered the phone was very professional and patient with us. We dont know too much about cars, so we may have been a little frustrating to work with. The guy we spoke with took the time out of his very busy day to stop by his shop, even though he was on his way to another job site. He cut the keys for us and when we asked how much we owed him, he said nothing. If I could have rated this place 10/5 stars I would have!!! He will be getting ALL of our business from now on!!

My Wife and I recently welcomed our second child into the world November 15 2019 at Aspirus Riverview. Shortly after we were told our daughter would need to be transferred to the NICU in Wausau. In my own haste and panic I locked our keys in the car, now without a way to follow our daughter. Within twenty minutes from Nekoosa not only did our patron saint arrive but also offered his prayers. I went to the local hardware store to have a spare motorcycle key made because my original had a crack. When they put it in machine to size it my original broke. They called mobile lock since I rode the motorcycle to the store and now had no keys. The owner of mobile lock showed up quickly, found a blank that was close and cut me a new key on one of the machines at the hardware store from the broken pieces!! He definitely went above and beyond. I recommend mobile lock and key to anyone that asks, and I also have heard they also install great surveillance systems!

we gave Earl call about safe found in a storage unit with combo. We had trouble opening . Earl talk us through how open it, when that fail we sent a picture of the safe. He then call us back talking us through it after a couple more failed try's. With his help on the phone instructing us we finally got it open. With all that effort it was empty. I would recommend this business to everybody. They go above and beyond

Great guy who is genuinely concerned about his customers problems. He is very knowledgeable and will take care of you. I had lost my keys in Lake Sherwood and had no spare. I had things all set with him to come out to assist me if need be but I told him I would look for my keys first. He gave me a great idea to get a magnet to help in my search (why didn't I think of that?) Anyway after I talked to him I remembered that I had a rolling magnet with a handel that you pick nails up with so I brought it along. I took a little wade into the lake and found my keys in less than 15 minutes. Boy was I happy. I called him back to let him know that I found them and wouldn't need him after all. It was still comforting to know that my problem would be solved one way or another. If you need a good lock smith who knows his stuff, call this guy.

We lost our keys during a family outing. We had no spares, and no way to get back home. Bill showed up on a Sunday evening within 30 minutes of the call. He proceeded to unlock the vehicle, take off the door panel and remove the door lock cylinder, and make a key from reverse engineering the lock cylinder. Not only that, he didn't have the right blank with him so he modified a blank and fashioned it so that it would work. We were able to start the car and drive home. His rate was excellent and the cost was so reasonable that we gave him a big tip. This company is masterful at what they do, and their level of experience is very high. Their skills and fast service are unmatched. Bonus: Bill has a great personality. A first-rate experience.
