I locked my keys and my 14-month old baby in my car on a warm spring day. I called in a panic and on the verge of tears. The gentleman said he would be there in 5 minutes, which he was. Five minutes after that he had the car open. And then he wouldnt take any money when I offered to pay. He said I do these for free. I am so very thankful!!!!

We love this shop. They are helpful and friendly and always willing to lend a hand but also don't allow patrons to be rude to others. I was once there when a patron tried to push his way in front of others and they quietly told him he would just have to wait his turn or he could come back later and call to see if they were less busy. Great service great attitude great experience.

I bought a used Toyota pickup and it only had one key that was bent and worn out, first I tried the local hardware store, but after waiting 30 minutes the copies they made didn't work. Hoernel made two new ones that work perfectly in just a few minutes and at a very reasonable price. 100% satisfied with great service.

Outstanding courteous service. They did an excellent job in cutting a key with a blank that I brought in myself, and though it wasn't exactly right, they worked on it until it fit and works perfectly. I highly recommend this store!
