The individual I dealt with was honest, straight forward and friendly. He had the phone repaired when he said he would and it works like brand new. If you need to replace your iPhone screen, I would recommend Batteries Plus. they're cheaper than Apple and the service is fantastic. I had the screen replaced that day.

Ordered online. Received confirmation. But upon arrival the battery had not been charged up. Service guy was eager to help, but it was too late to correct the error. Took delivery anyway and slow-charged the battery overnight before installing in the motorcycle.

Had to replace sump pump battery. Kevin took care of getting the old one out of my car and putting my new one in my car. This battery is very heavy. Kevin also made sure I understood how the battery worked He was very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. Appears to enjoy his job.

Went into store with a problem With my phone charging after it get wet. He checked it out. I had attempted to clean out charging port but he found it needed more cleaning out and when he was done it worked great. He said there was no charge . He was very nice...great customer service

Stopped in for two different problems in the last month. My phone wouldn't charge, thought it was shot. He cleaned the charging port, fixed it right up! Next one, I thought my battery was low on my remote for the van. He checked the battery & cleaned it up, battery was fine. I had another problem. No charge for either trip. Awesome service, 10 stars all the way

These guys are the greatest!!! I made a mistake and bought my battery from Farm And Fleet and was told that they would install it for me. I sat waiting for 3 hours and it was still not installed. I stopped by Batteries Plus to see if I could pay them to install this for me and was truly surprised that the store manager said he would put it in for me for free even though I didn't buy it there!!!! Now that's customer service!!! I definitely will shop that location for all my needs from now on! Way to go Batteries Plus!

I was very pleased with the friendly and quick service I got from Kevin and Josh today. They both are very knowledgeable and great with explaining things. My phone would not charge and I was ready to go out and buy a new one-- they looked at it and with in a few minutes it was charging and working great. I didn't spend any money but I got $1000 dollars worth of great customer service. I recommend seeing them for all your needs. I will be back again!!!!

This place is the greatest!! The staff is very knowledgably and know there products very well. I cam in and worked with Kevin the manager and he was able to track down a hard to find laptop battery for me. He also knew his cell phone stuff and was able to save me the cost of a new phone by just working with me on the issues I was having with the phone. Excellent customer service and a friendly smile!!!! I will be back for all my lighting, battery, and phone repair needs!! keep doing the great job!!!!

I stopped in the other day with a IPhone that kept shutting off. Josh, the technician looked at the phone and found out that the place that fixed my phone the last time (smart phone repair center) failed to reinstall a guard that keeps my phones screen plugged in. It was missing! He reconnected it and found a guard and installed it for me FREE OF CHARGE! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANKS JOSH!!!!! I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE :)

The staff was very helpful (spefically Mike, i believe was his name). I brought in my own batteries because they were for an electronic dog collars (ordered from manufacturer)and expected to pay to have them installed. After Mike worked to install 3 different batteries for 10 minutes or so, i was told 'I was all set and have a nice day'. I just wanted to tell everyone about the fantastic experience I had at this store with a car battery purchase and install!!! I went to two auto stores to buy and have a battery installed but no one would help me. I stopped at the Mt. Pleasant store and was created by a very pleasant girl named Cindy. She was very knowledgeable and she not only sold me a battery but also INSTALLED IT for me!! Shame on you auto guys!!!! Thank You Cindy!!!!!! Buy your batteries here and don't for get they fix phones and tablets!!!

I want everyone to know to shop and this support this store!!! They are the greatest at customer service! I recently mad a mistake and bought a battery at another BIG retailer who treated me like garbage and refused to install my battery because they didn't have time. I had a car that at best might start with the old battery and a new battery in the back seat that the BIG company would not install---so I thought I would stop by B+B who is in the same shopping center to see if they could help. I was amazed that Kevin ,the manager listened to my, story and offered to put the battery in for me!!!! Thanks for you help and for providing great customer service!!!! I'll never go to that BIG box store again!!!!

Purchased a battery online. Received an email its ready to be picked up. Went to the store to pick it up. It was not ready for pick up. Battery wasnt filled and ready. To top it off I purchased an AGM battery. They tried giving me a non AGM wet cell. Buyer beware.

I did not like the service, I've had an iPhone for 10 years and have broken some here and there and never heard of the touch button not working after screen replacements. The screen on my phone was replaced however, I was back within 24 hrs after it was replaced. My phone stopped working and when I took it back and told the gentleman working he looked at me like I was crazy the contrast on my phone was off and it was fine before I took it to get fixed. My phone was compared to an employees IPhone as well and no one saw the difference. I completely understand stuff happens screens could be at default, I get it but I still walked out very unhappy with this service they didn't even offer to try a different screen, VERY disappointed I will not return to get any services done I just want my current IPhone to work properly.

I stopped in here with a totally dead phone that I thought I would have to dispose of, but to my surprise, Tom the technician was able to get it working and even updated the software for me. He did a great job installing a new battery and also reinstalling a previous screen repair that was done wrong-- go see Tom when you need your phone fixed!! These guys were so fast and professional!!!

My iPhone 6S Plus was in absolutely horrible condition. Like really bad, screen was demolished and the back was bent. Brought it in and got the phone back under two hours and looked brand new! Ben did a superb job on my phone and gave me 5 star service. Even went out of his way to replace parts for no extra cost and saved even me more money than I thought I was going to. Highly recommend going there.
