This is a place that is run by an old school craftsmen. This is not just a 'buy new parts here' type place. If you have a real problem seek out an expert with decades of experience. I was facing a $400 charge from a dealership to replace the ignition switch in my 2008 Kia Sedona. I was desperate. A&A tried to remove the lock core while I waited but it required taking the dash apart, which I am capable of doing myself. They gave me detailed instructions on how to remove the lock core and I was able to do it exactly as they described... Saving me the expensive insane dealership bills.

Had 3 keys made and none of them worked, they refused to make new functional keys and instead asked to bring in the lock we just installed in our door? A low quality cheat of a business. Also if you don't like cigar smoke in your face while in this shop I would recommend steering clear for that reason too.

Family owned. Got a replacement key for a 2018 Ford. It cost almost $50.00 less than the local Ford garage was asking. That was without the fob. A key with the fob would have been about $100.00 less than the dealership. They were able to cut and program the key in less than 30 minutes. I got the key without the fob and it works just fine.

I'd definitely recommend A&A Lock Service! I called a couple locksmiths around the area of Wausau & Merrill, and the man I talked to at A & A seemed like they had the most experience with the Schlage locks I had ordered, and for a decent price. Servicemen were very friendly and knowledgeable - I plan to place future business with A&A!

Keith was so helpful, and willing to drop everything the night I needed to get my car unlocked. He showed up early, got the car unlocked and took payment on the spot. The next day I needed to have new keys cut, and he got them done right away and delivered them to my work so I wouldn't have to leave. The price was affordable, and the service was outstanding. I would recommend A&A ten times out of ten.

Great service we were in desperate need of a key fob & a second anti theft key best prices around with great service. The owner rescued me when my keys were accidentally locked in my car even though it was in the evening with bad weather. Since then will not go anywhere else, plus I know the key will always work unlike some other places.
