I was totally surprised when I found out that the keys were going to be sent to me in the mail. It was very easy and fast to have the keys done in the kiosk .Everything is done right there including paying. When I received the keys, I tried them and they worked great. I am totally satisfied with the whole process.

It was a convenient service and keys were made promptly. However, I ordered 3 identical keys and two of them didn't work. I was able to take a small file to them and after deburring they worked okay. I would use them again.

Couldn't help with my lock out at 7 at night. I guess you just have to freeze or break in to you own place. No help whatsoever!!!

It was quick and easy to make duplicates! However, it takes awhile for the key to work. It takes a good minute to get into my apartment.
