Still Open - Just had a great experience As a small business owner it means a lot when AL Lock and Key returns a voicemail within minutes and makes time to change their schedule to remove a key from a deadbolt and then make a key copy on the spot (only took 15 minutes) so that we can get back to work. Very professional folks that we will be using again in the future.

After my most recent experience I would definitely go back here for any lock/key needs in the future. I had a couple of poor experiences due to miscommunication. However, after hearing about my experience, Randy got in contact with me and asked me to bring my rooftop box back to the office and they would either get it fixed or replaced. The technician worked tirelessly in order to get my lock cylinder replaced and I picked up my fixed box within 24 hours. On top of that, I wasnt charged for the fix. Would 100% go back if I needed anything after they went above and beyond in order to assure that I was happy with my experience.

Posted hours say they're open on Sundays, Open sign is lit up, but no on is there. Door locked, no cars in the lot, all lights off, no one answering the phone.

Rick was the locksmith who came to our home today. We cannot say enough to express our satisfaction with the work he did. He made the initial repair we called about and checked all our other locks as well. It is so nice to feel comfortable when you have to call someone to your home for repairs. I wish I could give these guys 10 out of 5! Ask for Cameron and tip him too! I just bought a Chinese knock off of a honda scooter. No one else in town would give me the time of day to even explain what it was they just said they couldn't do it, even motorcycle dealerships! When I came in Cameron was hesitant to be sue he could do the job but never told me he couldn't! He said he would try his best and I should hear back in 3 or 4 days.... Instead he had it done the morning after! (I had come in at the end of the day before). When I came to pick it up he even took the time to explain how he fixed it and told me they took the time to figure out it didn't need a honda key at all, instead it was a GM key! Best customer service in town.

We needed there help with a key replacement for our mazda 3.Mr Beasley was fantastic working with our car making numerous trips figuring out the actual problem..it was a relay fuse that a parts store employee damaged, he was very persistent in diagnosing the problem and got us on the road!The entire staff was fantastic, but this technician went way beyond his duties. Alabama lock owners need too know what a good man they have representing there company!

I have walked in twice looking for different products, neither time they had what I needed. They told me they could get what I needed but it was more expensive than the other supplier I use, the only reason I have even tried them was because they are convenient to the downtown Birmingham market and my other supplier is not.

My husband and I just had an iron security door with lockset installed and two additional non-working locksets replaced on other doors and ended up with FIVE different keys. Knowing this was going to cause some problems, since both my husband and I have keys to all of his fathers home and cars and my mothers home and car, plus our cars, we knew we had to do something. It was after closing hours at Alabama Lock and Key, but we made the call and received service immediately. With our problem resolved, we have the right number of keys to keep us sane!!!!
