First of all the guy that works behind the counter with the long hair looks like he should be on America's most wanted.Took my Jaguar here to get my new keys programmed first thing it said was it's $350 if it works good for you if not I still get my $350 and it's your problem...Nice way to do business!! I would say take your car anywhere else but here I wouldn't let him cut a key for a wagon!!!!

Alex is the best! He was able to assist in getting my 5th wheel unlocked. Apposed to a 36F weather, my daughter and I were able to get into our home. Guaranteed a great service. After having the worst experience with another locksmith individual, Alex had great input and was able to make us an extra key on the spot. Thank you so much!!

STAY AWAY!!!They rip you off. I went for cutting a key for my car and they charged $35 and later that day I went to Honda dealer and did another same key for just $ 10. When I asked Flagstaff Lock and Key, the lady was very rude and said 'this is what we charge etc, etc,'. I understand but $35 vs $10 for the same key that too DEALER does it for $10?? Totally ripped. Then I asked for key programming, they said '$60' even it works or does not work. So, literally they asked 60 bucks just for trying and without any assurance.I will NEVER go again....There are bunch of good ones in town.Overpricing!!! Rude!!! No assurance!!!

Locked the keys in the vehicle during a gas stop on a cross country move. The locksmith was on scene in under 10 minutes and had our car unlocked in another 10. He was also very friendly and we chatted about 3d printing and random topics as he worked. Fantastic service all around.

We were on a church youth group mission trip and on Sunday evening lost the keys to our van in the Wal Mart parking lot. He worked with us on the phone to get the key code, so when he arrived, he had cut two keys already. He programmed the car and the key fob and we were on our way in an hour. Great work! Thanks.

Awesome! By getting the key code from the glove box lock , he make me a brand new key just like the factory one. All I have before was a single very worn out key that doesn't open doors or glove compartment and does not stays in the ignition switch with the Car on. Arrived quickly to the outskirts of town at 11:30pm. The locksmith was friendly and promptly opened my truck. The price was fair and he made me a spare key so if I ever lock myself out again I am not up the creek. He also took the time chat and answer my questions about his trade. Was told that my car could not be unlocked after a friend had used it for work, and that the owner needed to be physically present for any service to take place. They additionally do not take over-the-phone payment. Only use this locksmith if you are in some ideal fairytale lockout situation, as they certainly won't go out of their way to be helpful.

They are amazing. Bought a new to me vehicle (2011) and it only came with a valet key. Went to the dealership and other places and the quotes were $300-$400. What a lifesaver, it was around 5 o'clock on a Saturday and I realized my key to my 2013 Chrysler 300 had somehow vanished. Allen came right over with everything needed to get me back on the road. My car only has a fob, not an actual key, because my car has one of those start stop buttons for the ignition..... I thought I was screwed having to wait till monday at the soonest to have the dealer do it. Thanks again Flagstaff Lock & Key!
