Blake is awesome! After waiting nearly 2 hours this past Monday on a guy who never showed up to unlock my vehicle, he showed up within 15 min of making the call past 8p. He even offered a great discount on a replacement key fob as the old one's battery had worn out.I followed up with him on a Friday afternoon and he was available as soon as I stopped by. He even does Segway tours in Flagstaff and let me ride one! If I ever am in a bind again, I'm calling him up. He is extremely professional, personable, and genuine. Thanks Blake!

Third time in life Ive somehow locked myself out of a vehicle . This time was the easiest though. The owner Blake arrived within 15 minutes (I expected to stand in the cold for an hour or so) and he got my semi truck unlocked quick. Amazingly it was also really reasonably priced. Especially since it was already cheaper than the big name competition AND he made me a spare. Cant say enough good things. As a business owner myself I really like seeing a small company beating the big companies. Doing a better job, faster, and cheaper. Hard to find these days. Only reason I wouldnt want to be a return customer is because that would be the 4th time in life Ive been locked out of a vehicle.

Blake is *amazing*. He came right away and was the cheapest price in town. I called the dealer and they wanted double what Blake charged, even the other local locksmiths were 20% higher. He even offered to reprogram my other key fob for free if I ever find it.Don't look anywhere else for your locksmithing needs.

Had a nightmare scenario play out losing my car keys while hiking the Grand Canyon and didn't have a spare. My Lexus wasn't able to have a key made by any dealerships in Flagstaff (Toyota said it is a special key and they can't do it) and the Lexus dealership in Phoenix said I was gonna have to tow my car there for them to make me a new one. I was panicking and the trip was nearly ruined but after I called Blake and explained my scenario he was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for with his service and willingness to accommodate my situation as I was miles away from where the car was parked at the trailhead. We scheduled a time to meet on the day I was hiking out and he drove a long ways to get to the vehicle and had everything done with getting my new key all set by the time I arrived back at the car from my hike out. He was incredibly reasonable with the rates and considering the effort it took him to get to me I was amazed that he was willing to work around my schedule and it ended up allowing me to enjoy the rest of my time on the trip. Would give more than 5 stars if possible and can't thank Blake enough!!!!

Spoke to a guy named Blake. Worst experience ever calling a locksmith. I'm only 10mins from flagstaff, he asked for my card then charged me $100 without even doing the work and left. Gave me a call and said just because he drove this way he charged my account anyway, laughed then hung up the phone. Literally not wasting a $100 worth of gas and robbing me of the only money I had in my account, and leaving my 2yr old daughter and I locked out of our 5th wheel, in our vehicle. Luckily, Alex, from Flagstaff lock and key were able to help us, and assist us out of this 36 weather. Even he tried reasoning with Blake, however Blake had many horrible words to say than good. Greatly appreciate Alex for all the help he gave us.**I can't believe he's seriously trying to deny this, my husband and Alex from Flagstaff Lock and Key was there as well during the call.

We are prepping a home to be a vacation rental property, and we live in California, so finding someone we could trust to handle all of our home security was crucial to us. Our vacation rental is in Williams, and I thought it might be difficult to find a locksmith in the area who serviced Williams. I found Blake through Google reviews and he did not disappoint. He was very informative and discussed all of the options we should consider for our home security needs. He showed up on time and was super professional and friendly. He really loves what he does. You can tell. Not only did he install a WiFi keyless entry for our home, he rekeyed various other locks, installed a lock box and then made sure everything worked perfectly. And he even helped me hang a few decor items that were giving me trouble. His price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend his services. You will not be disappointed.

I called my dealership to get new key fob and they said it'll cost me 365.00. Half was key fob price other half the programming. I went on Amazon, found my key fobs for $25 and one day delivery. I found Blake and met up with him and he was done in 5 mins. I spent a total of $65 vs $365! Oh my gosh so glad Blake was able to program my keys plural keys... dealership one key...so I highly recommend Blake he's awesome!

Blake came to my house within about 35 minutes of me calling him. I didn't need the work done right then, but as he said, 'why put off what you can do now.' I needed a Toyota Prius key fob programmed and the on-board key cut. The Toyota dealership attempted and failed with the programming. All the work was done successfully within 15-20 minutes. Blake isn't cheap, but the service was prompt, professional, and victorious. Got what I paid for.
