Needed a couple of duplicate key/remotes for my car cut, but no one would do them unless I bought their overpriced remotes. Harmons said bring them down, they'll cut them no problem. Fast and friendly service, reasonable pricing and their huge collection of locks, keys and safes is worth the trip itself! Highly recommended.

Called 3 locksmiths to open a toolbox I just bought that didnt have a key. All 3 said they couldnt make a new key, but could open it for $100+. Swung by Harmons and had it opened with 2 new keys for it in 10 minutes for $25!! Highly recommended!!

I have had dozens of keys made here, and only once did it not work. But they quickly remedied the problem without further costs. Just had 2 remotes and keys made for a 'locksmith only' and they did it quickly at a good cost.

I call on Harmon's for all my locksmith needs. They are both fair and honest in all their dealings. Couple of weeks ago I lost the key to my car. He came out to my location quickly and had the problem solved in no time at all. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I found the perfect pool table, dated from the 1940's, but it didn't come with any keys. So unless we wanted to feed this thing with quarters (which could've been used as a saving account,) we needed to get locks picked and keys made. I went to a locksmith near me in Gilbert but the owner was not friendly and definitely not helpful; except that he told me to go to Harmon's. I set up a service call and they called the day of, came when they said, and had it open in no time. I went into the shop to have more keys made later on and same thing, friendly guys, great service and fair priced. I'm glad I found Harmon's and would highly recommend their services.

Best locksmith in town! I've never had an issue they couldn't solve. Today I brought in a broken key, and he cut me a new one using just the peices!I also bought a new car that came with only one key and keyfob remote thing... No problem! They were able to unlock my vehicle at a great rate and get the keys out but I noticed there were a lot of scratch marks on the interior door panel where the technician (I think his name is Jed) was trying to find the unlock switch. I asked if I could see his stick that he was using to poke around and he asked, 'What for?' And I told him how I noticed some scratch marks in my car. He showed me the stick and sure enough the end was metal with hard edges and I told him he made a lot of scratch marks on the inside of my car. He said nothing then asked how I was going to pay. No apology. No attempt of restitution.

At Daycare I stepped out of the car and I accidentally hit the lock button. My Grandkids were in the back seat. I quickly called Harmons Safe Lock and Key who's name has become familiar due to the fact they have been in the area ever since I was a kid (I'm 56yrs old now). In a panick, after I explained to Brian my situation, he assured me, that he would be there in about 15 mins. This man showed such urgency for my situation. He was fast, compassionate, and considerate. Did I say he was FAST? Our Grandkids were out and safe in no time. I can't thank Brian enough. To top off this amazing experience. Brian refused payment because there were kids involved. Really! What amazing Company! As a community, this is the type of company we must all support.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I drove 35 miles to this locksmith at the suggestion of a Ace Hardware employee. Supposed to be the 'best' in the Phoenix area. I needed an extra key for a small lock-box my grandson uses which I was not able to have made at Ace, Tru-Value, Lowe's and Home Depot. This place made a key from a Honda blank per the locksmith. We tried the key and it wouldn't even fit in the slot since it was thicker than the original. I would think an experienced locksmith would know this when he made the key?? I called and explained the situation and he told me to 'file it so it would fit'! The key is so small I wouldn't have any idea how this could be done without ruining it. Next is to try to contact the lock-box company.........

Great experience with Harmon's today! The door to my bedroom had a key-lock knob that I didn't have any key for (we're renting)! My baby was in there taking a nap and I couldn't get in! The Harmon's guy came pretty quickly and got the lock opened in no time. Very honest and not overly priced.

I've been using Harmon's Safe, Lock, and Key for the past 5 years. As a commercial property owner it is very important for my building, Paradise Palms Plaza, to have a REPUTABLE locksmith services. They are a multi-generational, old-school family owned business that can repair, fix, or repair in-house or in the field. In today's technology drive market place you will find an abundance of so called locksmiths when you Google search. Many if not most of the results from searching online will lead you to locksmiths that have perfected the art of getting their name online by developing a bogus store front some where.With the Harmon crew; Brian, Ralph, Ken, and the ol'man you will be dealing with true locksmiths and craftmens and not these fly-by-night, come and do locksmiths that pop-up on the internet for a year or two before bailing out of the industry. Finding the right locksmith can be a tricky business. If you are mindful of SAFETY and QUALITY call Harmon's. Remember the locksmith you choose will have access to your home, car or business. UPDATE...Once again I needed a key n these guys are good and fast!!! Great prices I highly recommend them!!! I will not use any other locksmith!!!..........Got me in n out in 10 min if that! I had a key made for my jeep door lock. I didnt catch the big guys name but he was fast n the key worked in both doors flawlessly n for a fair price. I will be doin all my locksmith business with them from now on!
