My entire experience working with this family owned and operated business was excellent. They know their products well and are willing to share not only their knowledge but are also willing to give their perspective and make recommendations which I find most valuable as I can get information on the various products on-line. Taylor gave me an overview of the products I could consider and helped me understand the pros and cons of each type. We just moved from California and we didnt feel safe with the current locks in our rental home. Because of the great reviews from Yelp I decided to give them a call. After putting a quote request online late in the evening, I received a response first thing in the morning. I was able to schedule a date and time for them to come in.I appreciate they are family owned because they definitely make you feel like a part of their family with great customer service and sincere care. They are very knowledgable and I am grateful to Kathy for saving us from having to spend extra $$s to change all of our locks when it wasnt even necessary.Jeff came out to fix our current locks and install a night lock. I explained my concerns and he right away was able to examine and fix the problem. Also I recently had a Hello Kitty key copied at Loews and he was generous to rekey it to match our locks without me asking. He did an amazing job in fixing our locks and adjusting our door so that the locks would latch on securely. I feel so much better now and I can sleep better knowing our doors are secured.Thank you so much The LOCK Shop for your great customer service and your sincere care for your customers safety. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends and will call you again if needed. You guys are awesome!!!

House got burglarized. These guys did a great job very next day rekeying entire property as well supplying and reprogramming new auto remotes along with ones that did not get stolen for 2 cars. House call reasonable and on time. Auto remotes and keys less than dealer. Also made some awesome keying recommendations for full property security while allowing but limiting service people access! Nice job!

The locksmith that came to change the locks in my house was amazing. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and explained to me without hesitation every detail of what he was lock he was using, the reason he was using it, and what would happen if he had done another type of lock. Also as a side note he noticed my door was getting off center and fixed it for me without a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith, they are the greatest.

I made the call about locking my keys in my truck while it was running and The LOCK Shop had a guy out to me in less then 30 min. The gentleman was able to Jimmy my lock open in 2 min. Great customer service and Thank god they took card because I was out of cash! Very inexpensive! I thought I would be paying $100+ easy. Almost chopped that in half. Great work guys!!!

Good experience! But , a bit of a mix up with time scheduled. Kathy called, left voice mail confirming driver is on his way-'to arrive in 30 minutes'. When no driver arrived, l called into the shop and a driver said he had been waiting to hear back from me to be sure that l was home. He came out directly, tho.
