I needed to re-key the locks in my home. I phoned this company and spoke to the technician who was extremely helpful. He told me that if was an emergency he would be right out. It was not and I scheduled for the next day. Technician came out on time, re-keyed the locks at a fair price. Great service! Couldn't be happier! I was given an appt. in less than 24 hours. I needed a repair on a house lock, a locking doorknob replaced to match everything, and all locks keyed to the same single key. I ended up getting a couple of other replacements as well. Bo called ahead to let me know his ETA and was prompt. He was quick, thorough, patient with my questions, all-around very professional.
