I see all the negative reviews but after having my baby mother stuck in the Tucson sun with her keys in the car . I called and got a reasonable quote and an unexpectedly fast ETA. 80$/15 min. They are a tow company so they did take a little longer than 15 minutes but only charged my BM 40$!!!!!!!!!!!! This is amazing and I will only call this company when Im in Tucson and need a tow or lock out service in the future!!! Thank you from me and my family Arizona Elite Towing Inc you really are amazing people.

DOGHOUSE LIVIN

A.E.T 5 stars no doubt! Its 11pm and the driver still going hard to get things done!! Towing and customer Service was great, considering the delay he had for a tire situation on the freeway driving from the N.W side all the way to the S.W side and still was able to tow my 2016 Jetta safely to location. Thanks a lot Arizona Elite Towing!! Definitely will be calling again in the future if needed and recommend to anyone else who likes good people and great prices

Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Couldnt of asked for better service. After paying one tow bill yesterday to another company for bringing it to the repair shop only to find out it needs to go to the dealership I was in search of an affordable but reputable company to deliver it. Matt was great! Thank you again for making a headache of a week a little better with a great rate and excellent service. Ive stored your number in case we are ever in need again

Unfortunately, not the best service. Waited for hours, they had an unforseen incident but we waited for hours without answer...after they had said they would be there in no more than an hour. I made a mistake in relying on them as my pops needed his meds. They never came. I called them many, many, many times and didn't receive an answer. Once they did answer, it was way too many calls to get the truck towed. Luckily, some nice people offered my pops and me a ride home as it was hot outside and the truck never came after hours of waiting for it. Make story short, first called them on Saturday afternoon, it was Easter weekend and didn't get my truck towed until Tuesday at 12:30 am. No sense of priority in my case.

Very amazing I had a problem today Oct. 27, 2016 at 7:20pm to 8pm My car went over a curve to were I could not reverse or go forward. I call different company's and they couldn't help me I call elite towing and they helped me even though I was far from where they were located. They helped me and got my car out safely lucky my car was not damaged. I really highly recommend this towing coming the guys were great nice and friendly. Thank you so much for your help

I ran into problems with my vehicle overheating in the middle of the night. I couldn't see anything. I was referred to Arizona Elite Towing, I was greeted by Matt who was understanding and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure I and my car made it home ok. I appreciate the care he took and would highly recommend him for taking care of your valuable car and helping you to get out of a bind.

I got into an accident going in to work and needed my vehicle towed. I looked up the closest towing company on the northwest side of Tucson and these popped up. I gave them a call and told them where I was at and about 15 minutes later they arrived. Very professional and accommodating if i ever need a tow again Arizona Elite Towing will be my go to.
